We’re excited to introduce a new feature that allows you to request specific information from creators when they submit content for review. This added layer of customization helps streamline your review process, ensures you have all the details you need upfront, and improves the overall efficiency of your collaborations.

Note: Content fields will only apply to deliverables that require content approval.

Reviewing Content

If you are using Group Content Review, the creator's responses to the content fields will be shown under Additional Information when reviewing their content.

If you are not using Group Content Review, the information provided by the creator through the content fields will not be shown when reviewing content. However, once the creator sets their content live in Aspire, their responses will be displayed as columns next to their social post in the Social Analytics dashboard under the Breakdown tab.

Viewing Content Fields in Reporting

When creators set their posts live through Aspire, any additional information they've provided will appear as columns in the Social Analytics dashboard under the Breakdown tab, when grouped by Post.

You can customize the report view by showing or hiding content fields — just edit the columns to suit your needs.

If any of these conditions aren’t met, the content field won’t appear to the creator.
