Group Content Review

In order to use Group Content Review for your project, you'll have to enable the feature on your project settings by following the steps below:

  1. Go to your Project Settings by clicking on "Settings" on the upper right side of your project view and selecting "Project Settings".

  2. Scroll down, and you'll see a checkbox for "Enable Group Content Review".

  3. Optional: You may add additional content approvers in the appropriate field.

  4. Don't forget to hit "Save".

Once that's done, your team should have access to Group Content Review! 🙌

Note: You can request for additional information from creators such as the link to the music they will use, the country they are in, etc. A creator resource on the Additional Information Form can be found here.

How to review content using Group Content Review

To Start: Navigate to the "Review Content" substage

Step 1: Review content and either request changes or “Send to Group Content Review”

If content is sent to 'Group Review,' a modal will appear, providing detailed information about the submission. This includes the creator's name, the content itself, supplementary details like music links and tags under the “Info” tab depending on what is requested in the Additional Info form, comments from both content approvers and viewers, and a reference to the content guidelines. You can also leave your comments directly within the modal.

Step 2: Request Changes once Content Commentors and Approvers have reviewed.

Request Changes

If the content came back from Group Content Review as rejected, you will be able to see the comment from the content approver.

Click Request Changes, select which content guidelines were not met, draft a comment in reference to the content approver’s comments, and then click “Submit Rejection”.

When a creator resubmits updated content, you can select the dropdown menu to view and compare different versions of the content

Approve Content

There are two ways that the content approver can send their approval: Approve with comments and Approve.

When content is marked as “Approve with comments”, you can communicate it to the creator by requesting changes again depending on the comment, or directly approve by selecting the Approve button.

When content is approved by the content approver, the status will automatically sync with the Content Review stage and will alert the creator.

Group Content Review Dashboard

To get to Group Content Review, go into the Project, click Settings, then click Group Content Review.

Creators sent to Group Content Review will appear under the Pending Review tab. Once reviewed, they'll be automatically moved to the appropriate tab: Rejected, Approve with Comments, Approved, and Live.

Pro tip: an option to expand and collapse all creators’ deliverables and status for a more holistic view is available when you click the “+” button in the “Name” column header
