Group Content Review is a powerful tool designed to streamline the content approval process between teams. It allows to collaborate seamlessly with team members who may not require full admin access while still granting them the ability to review and approve content.

Accessing Group Content Review Portal

If you're logging in as a content approver, this is what your home page will look like:

When you select a project from the home page, you'll be able to see all content submitted for that project. You can select different tabs to easily view creators that are in that section of the Group Content Review.

Creators that need review will be under the Pending Review tab.

Clicking on the "+" icon on the left side of the creator's name will expand the view and will show you all content deliverables.

Pro tip: an option to expand and collapse all creators’ deliverables and status for a more holistic view is available when you click the “+” button in the “Name” column header

Once you select which piece of content you want to review, it will open a modal that will allow you to view the creator's name, the content itself, the caption, other supplementary details like music links and tags under the “Info” tab depending on what is requested in the Additional Info form, and a reference to the content guidelines.

This is also where you can leave comments, reject content, approve with comments, or approve the content. You can also view the content guidelines you asked the creator to follow.

Rejecting content

To reject content, you'll have to click the "Reject" button.

On the next screen, you may select which guideline was not followed and provide comments. Once done, you may click "Submit Rejection". This will be sent over to your teammates using the platform and they will be the ones to communicate this to creators and ask for changes to their content.

The creator will then move to the Rejected tab.

When a creator resubmits updated content and it is sent for Group Review, the creator will move back to Pending Review. You will also have the ability to select the dropdown menu to view and compare different versions of the content (ie original submitted content vs resubmitted content)

Approving content

You have 2 options when approving content: approving with comments or just approving content.

If you approve with comments, this will have to be communicated to the creator by your teammates using the platform. If you approve the creator's content, they will receive a system-generated notification that their content has been approved. 🎉

The creator will then be able to post their content in their social media account and set the content live to Aspire.

Once set live, the creator will move to the Live tab.
