Once a catalog has been activated, connect it to a project to easily send product selection requests to members.

Connecting Catalogs To a Project

ℹ️ Before You Start: Confirm you are using the "Product Catalog" stage in your project workflow. For guidance on how to edit your workflow stages, refer to this article.

To connect a catalog to a project:

  1. Navigate to the project.

  2. In the upper-right corner, click Quick Links > Project Settings.

  3. Select the Product Catalogs tab.

  4. Click Connect Catalog.

  5. Select the catalog(s) you wish to connect, then click Add Catalog.

To disconnect a product catalog:

  1. Under the Product Catalogs tab in Project Settings, click the Unlink Catalog (broken link icon) next to the catalog name.

  2. Alternatively, click Connect Catalog, deselect the catalog(s) you wish to disconnect, and click Update Catalog.

Sending Order Requests

🚀 Pro Tip: Customize the columns in the Product Catalog stage to include member data fields such as tags, Instagram followers, or Instagram engagement rate. This will help you quickly identify which catalog to send to a creator or efficiently send order requests in bulk.

To send an order request:

  1. Navigate to a project.

  2. Click on the Product Catalog stage.

  3. Click into the Send Product Catalog sub-stage.

  4. Select the member(s) you want to send an order request to, then click Send Product Catalogs.

  5. Choose the catalog you wish to send, then select a selection rule (if applicable). Click Next: Customize Email.

  6. Personalize the email or continue with the default template. Click Next, preview the email, then click Send.

Reviewing Order Requests

Once a member submits an order request, you can review their selections.

To review an order request:

  1. In the Review Order Request sub-stage, click Review Request next to the member's name.

  2. (Optional) Add additional products by clicking Add Product, adjust the quantity, or remove products.

  3. Accept or reject the request:

    1. To accept it, click Accept Request. Personalize the email or continue with the default template. Click Next, preview the email, then click Accept request and send email. The order will be processed through Shopify, and the member will be notified that their selections were approved.

    2. To reject it, click Reject Request. Personalize the email or continue with the default template. Click Next, preview the email, then click Reject request and send email. The member will be notified to submit a new request.
