The Payments Dashboard gives you visibility into all payments initiated through the platform. Whether you're checking on a single payment or reviewing payments across multiple campaigns, this dashboard gives you real-time visibility into your payment activity.
Here’s a breakdown of the key sections and how to use them.
Payment Summary
At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see your current account balance and summary widgets that provide a high-level overview of your payment activity.
By default, this view includes data from the last 6 months, but you can adjust the date range using the date picker in the upper right corner.
These widgets include:
Total Payment: The total value of all payments initiated during the selected timeframe.
Total Amount Spent: The total amount actually spent on payments.
Processing Payments: The total value of payments currently processing.
Paid For Briefs: The amount of payments made for briefs.
Paid From Sales Tracking: The amount of commission payments made through the Sales Tracking dashboard.
Payment Table
This table shows a summary of all payments that have been initiated through the platform. Each row represents a payment to an individual member and includes the following information:
Member: The name of the member receiving the payment.
Payment Date: When the payment was initiated.
Amount: Total value of the payment in USD.
Status: The current status of the payment (e.g., Pending Info, Processing, Paid or Cancelled)
PayPal Email: The member's PayPal email used for payment.
Project: The project assigned to the payment.
Budgets: The budget account(s) the payment has been assigned to.
Type: The category of payment - Brief, Commission, or Other
Tags: Labels assigned to the payment for internal tracking or categorization.
Initiated By: The team member who initiated the payment.
Notes: Internal notes added to the payment.
Key Actions
From this table view, you can also take the following actions to streamline your workflow:
Apply Tags: Categorize payments with custom tags to improve filtering and reporting.
Update Payments in Bulk: Select multiple payments at once to apply tags, add internal notes, or edit connections (such as linking to a project or budget).
Search Payments: Use the search bar to quickly find payments by member name or PayPal email.
Export: Download a CSV file of the payments table for your own reporting or reconciliation processes.
Edit Columns: Customize your view by choosing which columns to show or hide — tailor the dashboard to what matters most to you.
Filtering Payments
To make it easier to find the payments you're looking for, you can apply filters by clicking the icon in the top right of the dashboard. Available filters include:

Clicking on any payment from the table opens its Payment Overview page. This detailed view includes the following sections:

Brief: The brief associated with the payment.
Budget: The budget account(s) the payment has been assigned to.

Amount: Total value of the payment in USD.
Processed By: The team member that initiated the payment.
Payment ID: A unique ID for internal tracking purposes and troubleshooting.
