Using Aspire's Inbox Folders
On the left-hand side of your Inbox, you will see the following premade Inbox folders to help organize your messages.
Assigned to Me
All messages from members for whom you are assigned as the relationship owner.
Shared Emails
All messages exchanged between your members and the shared email connected to your account. These messages can be viewed and replied to by all users of your account. Learn more.
Individual Emails
All messages between your members and the individual email you've connected to your account. No other users will have this email listed as an Inbox Folder, but they can view the messages on member profiles and reply only if they've been CC'd on the thread
IGDM
All Instagram Direct Messages (IGDMs) between members and your connected Instagram account, including Story Mentions. Learn more.
App Notifications
All app notifications regarding member activity within Aspire, such as signing or editing a brief, uploading content for review, or submitting a live post.
Sent
All sent messages from the Inboxes connected to your account.
Using Aspire's Inbox Filters 
To find specific messages that meet your filter criteria, use the icon in the upper-right corner within the search bar of your Aspire Inbox.

If you're searching for an email sent by a specific person, simply enter their name or email address in the "From" field, and the email(s) will appear, whether they were sent by a team member or a creator.
Similar to the "From" filter, entering a name or email address in the "To" field will retrieve email(s) sent to that specific person.
If you're looking for emails assigned to specific team members, you can select their names in the "Assigned to" field.
Note: If you select multiple team members, we will retrieve emails assigned to either of them. For example, if you select User A and User B, the emails shown will be assigned to either User A or User B, rather than both.
You can also search by the subject of the email. Simply enter a keyword from the subject line and press enter; the exact subject line is not required.
If you're looking for emails within a specific time range, use the Date filter to narrow your search.
You can choose to view both Emails and IGDMs, or unselect one to display messages from a specific source.
Lastly, you can filter by Read and/or Unread emails.

If you're looking for emails assigned to specific team members, you can select their names in the "Assigned to" field.
Note: If you select more than 1 user, it will retrieve emails from either of them. For example, if you select user A and user B, emails shown will be assigned to user A or user B, rather than being assigned to user A and user B.
You can search by the subject line of the app notification.
You can also filter by thread type. Select one or more thread types from the dropdown, and you'll only see notifications for those selected types.
If you're looking for app notifications within a specific time range, use the Date filter to narrow your search.
Lastly, you can filter by Read and/or Unread app notifications.
Filtering Messages by Groups
You can also switch from viewing messages from All Contacts to a specific Group using the dropdown on the left-hand side of your Inbox to focus on emails from specific creator segments.
