On the left-hand side of the Inbox, you will see pre-determined Inbox Folders for:

You can also switch from viewing messages from All Contacts to a specific Member Group to focus on email between Creator segments.

Using Aspire's Inbox Search Filters

To narrow down specific messages that meet your filter criteria, use the icon in the upper-right corner within the search bar.

Email filtering options

Explore the different filter options and how each can help you find the communications you are looking for:

If you’re looking for an email that was sent from a specific user, you can input their email address and the email (s) should appear, whether it was from a brand or a creator.

Similar to the “From” filter, once you input an email address into the “To” filter, it should retrieve email (s) that were sent to a specific user.

If you’re looking to find an email that is assigned to specific brand users, you can select their names as well.

Note: If you select more than 1 user, it will retrieve emails from either of them. For example, if you select user A and user B, emails shown will be assigned to user A or user B, rather than being assigned to user A and user B.

You can search by the subject of the email.

If you’re looking for emails within a specific timeline, you can also do that by using the date filter.

You also have the option to view both Emails and IGDMs, or unselect one of them to show a specific source of the message/email.

Lastly, you can filter by Read and/or Unread emails.

App Notification filtering options

Similar to the Email Filtering options, learn about the unique filtering options for Aspire's App Notifications:

If you’re looking to find a notification that is assigned to specific brand users, you can select their names as well.

Note: If you select more than 1 user, it will retrieve emails from either of them. For example, if you select user A and user B, emails shown will be assigned to user A or user B, rather than being assigned to user A and user B.

You can search by the subject of the app notification.

You can choose one or more types in the dropdown and it should populate notifications with that criteria.

If you’re looking for notifications within a specific timeline, you can also do that by using the date filter.

Lastly, you can filter by Read and/or Unread app notifications.
