What is a project? Think of projects as campaigns. Each project will have its own customizable workflow and custom, branded application page. You can edit the workflow stages to suit your campaign structure and streamline your most time-consuming tasks.

Step 1: Select a template

Templates act as a starting point for your workflow. You can further customize your workflow after selecting.

  1. Hover over Projects on the left-side menu.

  2. Select the "+ New" button.

  3. Select from one of our pre-made templates or create a Custom Project.

Step 2: Complete your project details

Your project details are the foundation of your Project and are the first step to customizing your Aspire campaigns.

  • Project Name: Visible to creators so make sure this is descriptive!

  • Project Description: This is internal, and a good place to add your project goals.

  • Image: This is required and is for internal use only!

  • Mark as unpaid offer: Select if you are not offering compensation to creators in the form of payment for posts or commissions – this will only affect your Application Page

All of the Project Details can be edited at a later time by accessing your Settings.

Step 3: Customize your project workflow

Add or remove stages as desired, then move them around to whatever aligns with what you want to accomplish.

  • Briefs → Think of Aspire's Briefs as your creator agreements.

  • Sales Links and/or Promo Codes → Mass generate codes and/or links.

  • Product Fulfillment → Choose one of our many Fulfillment options!

  • Content → Review and track deliverables within the Brief!

  • Track Post → Track when creators tag you without a Brief!

  • Payment → Send payment hassle-free directly to creators via our PayPal.

Step 4: Complete the next steps

Application Pages allow you to begin sourcing creators through Aspire's various recruiting methods.

Briefs are Aspire's Creator agreements, allowing you to define deliverables, due dates, usage, and much more!

Set up a Promo Code or Link offer based on your program's specific needs. Connect it to your project to generate links/codes directly from your workflow.

Shopify brands can enable creators to select their own products from Catalogs built directly from imported products.
