Here’s how you can submit content on behalf of a creator

Who has access to do this:

  • Brand: Brand users with an Admin role in the brand account

If you are a brand user who needs an admin role, please contact [email protected]

  • Talent Manager/s: Agent/s that have been added as a Talent Manager on the creator's member profile

If a creator’s talent manager is having issues submitting content, check if they are added as a talent manager in the creator’s member profile.

Here's the LINK to the guide for Talent Managers on how to submit content on behalf of the creator/s they manage.

Step-by-step guide:

1.) Log into the Creator Portal

How to login to the Creator Portal

  • Select "Verify Email"

  • Select "Continue with Google" or type your email address in the email field

  • Click "Login"

  • A verification email will be sent to you

  • Open your email account in the same browser where the creator portal is open

  • Click "Verify Email"

  • You will be redirected back to the Creator Portal

2.) Once logged into the Creator Portal, navigate to the creator’s submission link or collaboration brief link in the same browser

How to find the creator’s brief

Go to the creator’s member profile > select Member Actions > select Briefs > select the copy link icon, paste the link in the same browser as the Creator Portal

How to find the creator’s submission link

Go to the Project, search for the creator in the project table, select their name to open their member profile, and select the Deliverables tab. Click the three-dot button menu, then click Copy Submissions Link. Paste the link in the same browser as the Creator Portal

3.) Select Submit on the required deliverable

Note: If you are coming from the collaboration briefs, click Submit Content at the bottom of the briefs first.
