You can now select a shipping method when creating gift orders in Aspire using the Product Fulfillment stage and/or when reviewing order requests using the Creator Product Selection or Product Catalog stages 🎉
How to Add a Shipping Method
Go to Integrations > Shopify
Click “Custom Shipping Lines”
Click “Add Shipping Line”
Enter a Title (e.g. “International”, “Domestic”, “Priority”)
Enter the shipping cost in the Price field
Check “Make default” to set this as your default shipping method in Aspire
Click “Add”
Selecting a Shipping Method
You can select a shipping method when you do the following:
Viewing the Shipping Method in Shopify
You will be able to see the Shipping Method used when you go into the Orders tab within your Shopify admin. It will be displayed under the column "Delivery method".
When you click into the order, it’ll be shown as “Shipping”.

No, these shipping lines will be stored in Aspire only and added to gift orders created through Aspire’s Shopify integration.

In the Product Fulfillment dashboard, the shipping cost will be shown in the Orders tab under the “Shipping Cost” column.
Under Analytics > Order Analysis, the Order Cost calculations (e.g. Total Order Costs, Average Order Cost) will not include shipping costs.
Will I be able to select the shipping method if auto-approval for order requests is enabled for our account?
Will I be able to select the shipping method if auto-approval for order requests is enabled for our account?
No. If auto-approval is turned on for your account, you won't be able to select a shipping method. Instead, the default shipping method will be applied to all orders.
