Troubleshooting Pinterest Authorization

Troubleshooting or revoking access to Pinterest Authorization on Aspire

Overview

If you're experiencing difficulties submitting content, please remove authorization for your Pinterest account to Aspire, and follow these steps to resolve the issue:​

  1. Log into Your Pinterest Account:

    • Ensure you're logged into the account you wish to connect on a desktop/laptop.​ (This cannot be done on mobile)

  2. Access Pinterest Settings:

    • Click on your profile picture at the top right corner.

    • Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.​

  3. Navigate to Security Settings:

    • In the left-hand menu, click on "Security and logins."​

  4. Revoke Aspire's Access:

    • Under "Authorized apps," locate Aspire

    • Click "Remove Access" to revoke its access.​

  5. Reauthorize Aspire:

    1. Return to your Brief and initiate the reauthorization process for your Pinterest account.

    2. Return to your Creator Portal
