Difference between Shopify Fulfillment Methods
Product Fulfillment: Also known as Gift Orders allows you to create orders on behalf of creators. If the products the creators are receiving are pre-determined, this is likely a good choice for you!
Product Catalogs: This option allows you to build a catalog of items for creators to make their own product selection with certain criteria such as # of items, order value, or more advanced conditions.
Step 1: Gather Creator Addresses
This step is required and can be done in a few ways:
Via Application Page: Recommended: Add the Address 1, 2, City, State, Postal Code, and Country form fields.
Member Information workflow stage: Add this stage to your Project ahead of your Product Fulfillment stage.
Manual Add or Import: For existing partners, you can add the information to their Member Profile in Aspire or import in bulk through a CSV file.
Step 2: Select Product & Submit Orders
Once creators are in your Product Fulfillment workflow stage:
Navigate to the Send Product Order substage
Select Creators → Create Orders
Select Products → Next
Customize or Continue without Message
Select a Shipping Line
Create Order
