Configure Account Settings

Once your Integrations are complete, you can begin adjusting Account level settings.

How to access Account Settings? Using your initials in the bottom left corner is the quickest way to access your Account Settings. Below outlines the different sections of your Account Settings:


General


My Account

  • Your name

  • Your email

  • Change password

Notifications

Optionally configure email notifications for personal account alerts:

  • Enable social post notifications

  • Manage daily digest emails

Team Members

  • Invite or remove team members

  • Manage team member roles

Conversation Privacy

  • (Admin Only) Add or manage email domains for conversation privacy

Analytics

  • (Shopify Only) Customize your product cost settings

Plan Details

  • Track your Plan details (ie. Account Limits)

    • Projects

    • Collaborators

    • Users

Workspace Settings


New Features

  • Enable or disable new features

Payments

  • Add or remove a credit card

  • Check your current account balance

  • Upload a CSV of products (BETA)

  • Manage Products and settings

Brand Catalog

  • With the imported products, you can build Catalogs

  • Once the Catalogs are finalized and set to active, you can connect them to your Projects.
