Step 1: Customize the form
Once you have added the "Product Request Form" stage to your project, you can tailor the form to match your requirements. When setting up your Order Form, you will see the following options:
Instructions: Clear instructions can help creators choose the right products!
Quantity: Set the maximum number of items per request.
Product Name: You can change this field from “Product Name” to your desired name.
Product SKU: A field to ask the creator for a product SKU
Product URL: A field to ask the creator for a product URL
Product Preferences: A field to ask the creator for a product variation (size, color, etc.); You can change the label from “Product Preferences” to your desired name.
You can now send the form to your creators to make their requests!
Step 2: Review the order requests
This feature lets you review all your creator order requests in a single view.
Once approved, download the information to a CSV file
Send details to your fulfillment team!
🚀 We recommend reviewing orders in bulk, so you can download one CSV file with a list of all your new orders to share with your fulfillment team.
Step 3: Mark orders as shipped
Post-dispatch, you can input the shipment tracking number and product cost.
Our system will move them to the next stage when the products are delivered!
The product cost will be visible in the Product Fulfillment and Impact Dashboard
