General Questions
Which platforms does CreatorAds support?
Currently, CreatorAds supports Meta ads. TikTok Ads support is coming soon.
Do I need a Meta Ad Account account?
Yes, you need an active Meta Ad Manager account to use CreatorAds. This account must be connected to Aspire to launch campaigns.
How much does CreatorAds cost?
CreatorAds is included with your Aspire subscription. You'll only pay for your actual ad spend on Meta's platform. Ad rights fee negotiations with creators are handled separately.
Ad Rights and Permissions
How do I get ad rights from creators?
When creators tag your brand as a paid partner on Instagram, Aspire automatically surfaces those posts as eligible for boosting.
If you do not have Ad Rights, you can still proceed with drafting the ad. Creators will receive a notification within Instagram to grant permissions. Ad rights fee negotiations will happen via email or direct communication with the creator.
What if a creator doesn't respond to my ad rights request?
You can follow up directly with the creator or reach out through your usual communication channels. Ad rights requests don't expire, but creators can deny requests if they prefer not to grant permissions.
How long do ad rights last?
Currently, Paid Partnership Ads do not have a expiration date, but creators can revoke this access at any time.
Can I use creator content without explicit ad rights?
No, you must have explicit permission from creators to use their content in paid ads. This protects both your brand and the creator from potential legal issues. If you try to run an eligible post as an ad in Aspire without permissions, it will remain a draft until the creator has granted ad permissions.
If a creator grants us Paid Partnership access outside of Aspire, can we still boost their post within Aspire?
Yes, you should see that ad access has already been granted and will be able to boost their post.
Meta Campaign Management
Can I create full ad campaigns or just boost posts?
Currently, CreatorAds focuses on boosting existing posts where creators have tagged your brand as a paid partner. With this content, you can utilize existing campaigns or ad sets, or create new ones.
Can I edit campaigns after they're launched?
Yes, you can make adjustments to budget, targeting, and other basic settings directly in Aspire. For advanced customizations, you'll need to use Meta Business Suite.
What campaign objectives are available?
CreatorAds supports standard Meta boosting objectives including:
App Promotion Awareness Engagement Leads Sales Traffic
Can I run A/B tests?
A/B testing capabilities are planned for future releases. Currently, you can boost multiple posts and compare their performance manually.
Why do I need to use Meta Business Suite for some features?
CreatorAds relies on Meta's Advantage+ optimization and limits configurability within Aspire. For advanced customizations, bidding strategies, or detailed campaign management, you'll need to access Meta Business Suite.

Technical Questions
What happens if my Meta account gets disconnected?
Active campaigns will continue running on Meta's platform, but you won't be able to manage them from Aspire until you reconnect your account.
Can I use the same piece of content for multiple campaigns?
Yes, as long as you have active ad rights for that content, you can boost the same post multiple times with different targeting or budgets.
What if my ad gets rejected by Meta?
Aspire will display the status of your Ads from within the CreatorAds Dashboard. You can edit the boost settings to address Meta's feedback and resubmit directly from Aspire.
Are there any content restrictions?
All Meta advertising policies apply to creator content used in boosted posts. Make sure creator content complies with Meta's guidelines before boosting. You will be given an eligibility rating on each post in your Social Post Dashboard.
