What is the default dashboard view?
By default, the Social Dashboard displays posts that are assigned to an active project. If you remove the project filter, you’ll see posts assigned to projects or groups, and unassigned posts.
The default date range is set to the last 6 months, based on Insight Date. When filtering by Insight Date, posts published more than one year before the selected date range are no longer included.
Estimated data is included by default, but you can choose to exclude it using the filters.

An active post is any post that received at least one impression or interaction (such as a like, comment, or share) within the selected date range.

An active member is a creator whose post received at least one impression or interaction within the selected date range.
What do the Content Sources mean?
What do the Content Sources mean?
Each post in the Social Dashboard has a Content Source, which indicates how it was added to the platform:
Social Listening – The post was automatically pulled into Aspire through our @mention listening feature.
Creator Upload – The creator uploaded the post as part of a required deliverable for a brief or under Extra Posts.
Brand Upload – A brand user uploaded the post on behalf of the creator using the Social Post tool under Member Actions on their member profile.
If we filter by Social Listening, will all @ mentions appear?

Not all @ mentions pulled in via Social Listening will appear in the Social Dashboard. For a mention to show, one of the following conditions must be met:
The mention was created by a member who was not sourced through Mention Listening or the Shopify customer data integration.
The mention was created by a member who was sourced through Mention Listening, and that member already belongs to a project or group.

Creators are segmented by follower count:
Brand Fans: < 2,500 followers
Nano: 2,500 – 24,999 followers
Micro: 25,000 – 59,999 followers
Midtier: 60,000 – 249,999 followers
Macro: 250,000 – 999,999 followers
Mega: 1,000,000+ followers
