BETA: Offer Automations

We’re excited to introduce offer-level automations!


Email automations at the offer level help you engage creators at key moments — when they join your program, make progress toward milestones, or unlock rewards. This keeps your community active, builds momentum, and drives motivation without manual effort.

Create a New Automation


Step 1: Select a Template

From your Offer Settings, navigate to the Automation tab then choose one of the available templates:

  • Offer Welcome Email – Send a welcome email when a member is added to an offer.

  • Reward Unlocked – Notify creators when they earn a reward.

  • Tier Unlocked – Notify creators when they unlock a new commission tier (via automated tier logic)

Each template includes a predefined trigger that starts the automation. While triggers can’t be changed, you can customize the delay, and add conditions, actions, and paths.

Step 2: Build Your Automation

After selecting a template, customize your automation using the available building blocks (also called nodes):

  • Condition – Add logic to segment creators or actions.

  • Delay – Add a time delay before the action occurs.

  • Action – Define what happens (e.g., send an email).

  • Path – Create branching logic for different outcomes.

You can also edit the email template that will be sent as part of your automation.

Step 3: Review & Activate

Click View Mode to review your automation flow, then click Create Automation. The status will be set to Active.

Automation Run History


Run Logs give you detailed insights into how your automations are performing. Every time an automation is triggered, the Run History records its progress, status, and any issues encountered. This helps you monitor the success of your automations, identify potential problems, and ensure your workflows run smoothly.

How to Access Run History

  1. Go to your Offer Settings

  2. Select Run History from the left-hand side

Run Status

Each automation run includes a status to show its progress and outcome:

  • Running – The automation is currently executing.

  • Success – All actions in the automation have successfully completed.

  • Failed – The automation could not execute, and no action was performed.

  • Cancelled – The automation was stopped while in progress.


Frequently Asked Questions

Can multiple automations be active at the same time?

Yes. Each automation (e.g., Reward Unlocked, Tier Unlocked) is configured independently and can run in parallel.

Are these automations one-time or recurring?

Most automations are triggered once per milestone, such as Tier Unlocked or Reward Unlocked. However, “X away” automations can trigger multiple times based on the thresholds defined.

What happens if a creator already qualified before the automation was turned on?

  • Reward Unlocked / Tier Unlocked: The email will only be sent for new rewards or tiers unlocked.

  • “X away” emails: These will only be sent once a new conversion or sale brings the creator to the specified threshold.

What happens if a reward is hidden from the creator?

The “X away” emails will not be sent.

What if a reward requires manual approval?

  • “X away” emails will not be sent.

  • “Reward Unlocked” emails will only be sent after the reward is approved.
