Aspire integrates with AfterShip to track shipments when a tracking number is provided.

If you’re creating gift orders through our Shopify integration, or manually entering a tracking number when reviewing order requests (for non-Shopify brands), Aspire will automatically track the shipment’s journey. The shipment’s real-time status will be displayed using the statuses defined below.

Aftership Shipment Statuses and Definition:

Status

Description

Info Received

The shipment has been received and accepted by a shipping carrier.

**In Transit **

The shipment is on its way to its destination.

Out for Delivery

The shipment has reached a shipping transit point near the recipient and has been loaded and headed toward its final delivery destination.

Delivered

The package has been successfully delivered to the recipient.

Exception

There is an issue with the shipment which may result in a change in the scheduled delivery date or terminate the delivery of the shipment

Pending

No information available on the carrier website or the tracking number is yet to be tracked

Expired

No tracking information of the shipment, from the last 30 days

✏️Note: All recently added or imported shipments within your AfterShip Tracking account are tagged with the Pending status. The Pending status will change to Expired if the carrier does not provide tracking information updates on the shipment for over 30 days. AfterShip Tracking will stop tracking the shipment and mark it as expired.
