Frequently Asked Questions

General FAQs

Why aren't I seeing any results?

Your search prompt may be too narrow or restrictive — try removing or adjusting some filters.

Why do I see fewer creators for some countries?

When searching for Instagram creators, our Discovery tool currently includes creators who are enrolled in Instagram’s Creator Marketplace, which is currently only available in select countries.

Why isn't there an email address for every creator?

Not all creators share their contact details. If a creator has provided an email, you can invite them directly through Aspire. If not, we recommend checking their Instagram or TikTok bio or any external links (e.g., Linktree) for contact info. You can addd the creator to a group and update their email manually before inviting them.

What does the blue checkmark indicate next to some creator usernames?

A username with a verified badge means that Instagram has confirmed that the account is the authentic presence for that person or brand.

TikTok

Can we view audience demographic data for TikTok creators?

Yes, creators must meet the following requirements to join TikTok One:

  • Be located in a country or region where TikTok One is launched

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Comply with TikTok’s Community Guidelines and Branded Content Policy

How is a creator’s location determined?

Creator location is based on the IP address used when they first registered for TikTok One.

How is engagement rate calculated?

Engagement Rate is the percentage of people that interacted with content across the creator's recent 30 videos. It's calculated by taking the total number of comments, likes, and shares divided by video views.

How are typical views calculated?

Typical views are calculated by taking the middle value in the range of views across the creator's recent 30 videos, ranked lowest to highest. This showcases the typical video view count of their content.

What are content labels?

Content labels reflect the primary themes a creator posts about organically. These tags highlight the main focus of their TikTok content (e.g., sustainable fashion, fitness hacks, DIY home décor). Use these labels to find creators with stronger organic authority in the niche.

How are industry labels determined?

Industry labels are based on a creator’s commercial content, including branded posts and paid ads. These tags show the industries where a creator has proven experience working with brands.
