Welcome to the Content Hub! This is your central place to discover, manage, and activate influencer-driven content (UGC and social posts) in one unified space.

Navigating the Content Hub

Click theContent button in the main navigation bar to access the Content Hub.

  • By default, you will see a grid view of all influencer content both UGC and social posts.

  • On the top-most right of the hub, you’ll be able to access the filter button to access the filter panel.

  • On the top right, you’ll find the search field and the navigation to switch between table view and grid view.

Browsing & Previewing Assets

For each asset, you’ll see key metadata such as the creator’s name, post date, content type, any tags, and content usage rights.

  • Place your cursor on the icon to see the post type, as well as the project and group assignments

  • Point to the usage rights to display detailed information on what permissions are included.

  • Hover over any video thumbnail to play a brief preview — this allows you to quickly assess if the asset aligns with your brand or is ready for advertising, without downloading.

  • When you download an asset, the filename is improved to include the creator’s first and last name, plus the delivery/post date — making it easier to sort and share.

Quick and Bulk Actions

The Content Hub gives you several tools to help you organize and manage your assets efficiently:

  • Assign to Project/Group — Link the content to a specific project or group.

  • Unassign from Project/Group — Remove the content from its current assignment.

  • Download Content — Download the file using the new, cleaner naming convention, which includes the creator’s first and last name, as well as the post date, making it easier to sort and share.

Quick Actions (Individual Items)

  • Open the quick-actions menu on the lower-right corner of any content tile to apply actions to a single asset.

Bulk Actions (Multiple Items)

  • Select multiple assets using the checkboxes, then click the Bulk Actions button at the top to apply actions to all selected content at once.

Filtering Your View

To find just the content you need, use the filter panel. You can filter by:

  • Members

  • Projects

  • Groups

  • Tags (e.g., “Holiday Campaign,” “Product Launch”)

  • Content Usage Rights

  • Content Type (UGC vs social post, video vs image, etc.)

Combine filters (for example: “All videos by Creator X in Project Y with reuse permission = Yes”) to zero in on exactly the content you’re looking for.
