Once a product catalog has been sent and a member submits an order request, you’ll be able to review their selections.

How to Review Order Requests:

  1. In the Review Order Request sub-stage, click Review Request next to the member's name.

  2. (Optional) Add additional products by clicking Add Product, adjust the quantity, or remove products.

  3. Accept or reject the request:

    1. To accept orders for products imported from Shopify, click Accept Request. Personalize the email or continue with the default template. Click Next, preview the email, then click Accept request and send email. The order will be processed through Shopify, and the member will be notified that their selections were approved and shipped.

    2. To accept orders for products imported via CSV Upload, click Accept and Download CSV. You can also download the CSV of orders in bulk by going to the Process Shipping substage, select one or multiple creators, and then click Export Accepted Orders. You can then send the CSV of orders to your fulfillment partner to process the order.

    3. To reject it, click Reject Request. Personalize the email or continue with the default template. Click Next, preview the email, then click Reject request and send email. The member will be notified to submit a new request.

How to Mark Orders as Shipped

  • Go to the Process Shipping substage

    a. To mark orders as shipped in bulk:

    • Click the Export Accepted Orders button to download the CSV of orders, then fill out the Tracking Number column

    • Select members in bulk and click Upload CSV at the top right

    • Upload the CSV of orders with Tracking Numbers

    • Click Apply Tracking Numbers

    b. To mark orders as shipped one by one:

    • Select the Mark As Shipped button under the Actions column on each creator

  • (Optional) Edit the Total Order Product Cost by selecting the pencil icon beside the amount

Once orders are marked as shipped, the members will move to the Product in Transit substage. In this substage, you have the option to mark the order as delivered by selecting Marked as Delivered.

💡 Pro Tip: You can Automate Your Product Fulfillment by using the following automation templates:

  • Follow up after order delivery

  • Order request reminder

  • When Creator submits a product request
