How to Login
Choose a sign-in method:
Single Sign-On (SSO):
Click Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft
Select the email account you’d like to use
Email One-Time Password (OTP):
Enter your email address
Click Continue with email
Check your inbox for an email from [email protected]
Copy the 6-digit one-time password
Return to the Portal and enter the code
Click Verify Code
Navigating the Portal
Dashboard
The Dashboard is your home base. From here, you can:
Quickly access recently viewed campaigns
Monitor active collaborations
Stay on top of tasks requiring your attention
Take quick actions such as exploring the Marketplace or inviting team members
Marketplace
The Marketplace is where you can discover active campaigns published by brands. Browse available campaigns, review eligibility requirements, and apply directly within the platform.
Use filters to find opportunities that align with your niche:
Network: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest
Category: Beauty, Fashion, Fitness, and more
Compensation Type: Payment, Product, Commission, or other compensation methods
Note: Brands may set specific eligibility requirements for their campaigns. You will only see campaigns that match your profile and meet those requirements—ensuring that the opportunities shown are relevant to you.
Campaigns
The Campaigns tab allows you to view all campaigns and offers across your creator profiles in one place. When you click on a brand name, you’ll see a list of projects you’ve been added to and key tasks to complete.
From here, you can track progress and take action on assigned tasks to ensure campaigns stay on schedule.
Profiles
The Profiles section allows you to create, manage and edit your creator profiles.
Here you can:
Connect social channels
Update profile information
Update your shipping address and PayPal email
Keeping your profile updated improves discoverability and increases your chances of being selected for campaigns.
My Team
The My Team section allows you to invite and manage collaborators on your account.
You can:
Invite team members via email
Assign roles (Member or Admin)
Modify permissions as your team evolves
This is especially useful for creators working with managers or agencies overseeing multiple creators.
Account Settings
The Account Settings section allows you to manage your creator or agency account at a high level. From here, you can manage profiles, team members, access permissions, and account-level details.
Profiles: Create and manage your creator profiles
My Team: Add and manage team members who have access to your account
Account Access: Control who can access your account and the accounts you manage.
Settings: Manage your basic account information, including:
Account Name
Account Type (Creator or Agency)
URL Slug
Account ID
Leave Account: Remove yourself from accounts you’ve been added to if you no longer need access.
Delete Account
⚠️ Caution: Deleting your account will permanently delete the account and all its data. This action cannot be undone.
History: View a log of changes made to the account
User Settings
The User Settings section allows you to manage your personal login details and preferences (separate from account-level settings).
About Me: Update your personal information, including:
Name
Email address
Avatar
Security: Manage your account security settings
Set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Add and manage passkeys
Memberships: View and manage all accounts you are associated with. Here, you can:
See accounts you’ve created
View accounts you’ve been added to as a member
