Login Methods
Option 1: Log In with Google SSO
Go to the Creator Portal login page.
Select Continue with Google.
Choose the Google account associated with your Aspire account.
You’ll be logged in instantly.
Google SSO is the fastest option if your Aspire email is connected to Google.
Option 2: Log In with a One-Time Password (OTP)
Enter your email address on the login screen.
Check your inbox for a 6-digit code from [email protected]
Copy the code from your inbox and enter it in the portal. The code will expire after 5 minutes.
Option 3: Sign in with Passkey
Passkeys allow passwordless login using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device credentials.
Log in first using Google Single Sign-On or OTP
Go to User Settings > Security
Under Passkeys, click Add Passkey
Name your passkey (example: “MacBook Login”)
Confirm using your browser/device prompt
Once enabled, you can use your passkey for future logins.
Multiple Accounts
If you manage multiple creator accounts or have been granted access to other accounts, you'll be prompted to choose which account to access after logging in.
Switch between accounts anytime using the account switcher in the top left corner of your dashboard.
