Login Methods
Option 1: Single Sign-On (SSO)
Select Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft
Select the email account you’d like to use
Note: If you previously used Aspire's Creator Portal, please ensure you're selecting the email account you used to access your collaborations before.
Option 2: Log In with a One-Time Password (OTP)
Enter your email address on the login screen
Click Continue with email
Check your inbox for an email from [email protected]
Copy the 6-digit one-time password
Return to the Portal and enter the code
Click Verify Code
Important: The code will expire after 5 minutes. If you're not seeing an email from Aspire, please check the Spam or Promotions folder in your inbox.
Option 3: Sign in with Passkey
Passkeys allow passwordless login using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device credentials.
Log in first using Single Sign-On or OTP
Go to User Settings > Security
Under Passkeys, click Add Passkey
Name your passkey (example: “MacBook Login”)
Confirm using your browser/device prompt
Once enabled, you can use your passkey for future logins.
Multiple Accounts
If you manage multiple creator accounts or have been granted access to other accounts, you'll be prompted to choose an account after logging in.
Note: You can switch between accounts anytime using the account switcher in the top left corner of your dashboard.
