How to Submit Content for Review and Set Posts Live

Submitting Content for Review

  1. Navigate to your campaign tasks

  2. Find the Submit Content task

  3. Click "Submit for Review"

  4. Select all the content guidelines (make sure your content meets all the content guidelines)

  5. Upload your content (images, videos)

  6. Add your caption in the caption field

  7. Add any notes or context for the brand

  8. Click Send for Review

The brand team will review your content and provide feedback or approval.

Making Revisions

If the brand requests changes:

  1. Review their feedback in the task comments

  2. Select all the content guidelines (make sure your content meets all the content guidelines)

  3. Upload your content (images, videos)

  4. Add your caption in the caption field

  5. Add any notes or context for the brand

  6. Click Resubmit for another round of review

Publishing Live

Once your content is approved:

  1. You'll receive a notification that you're cleared to post

  2. Publish your content to your social channels

  3. Return to Aspire and click Submit Post Link

  4. Add your Live Post link

  5. Click Submit Post Link
