The Budget Ledger is your complete audit trail for all budget activity. It tracks every action that affects your budget, from initial creation through final payments.

What the Ledger Tracks

The ledger automatically records:

  • Budget creation: When budgets are established

  • Budget pulls: When funds are allocated from the budget

  • Commitments: When you commit funds to specific creators or deliverables

  • Payments: When payments are processed

Key Metrics in the Ledger

Amount Spent Shows total spend including both pending and committed amounts. This is your "funds in motion" number.

Committed Payments Funds that have been committed to creators but not yet paid out.

Completed Payments Payments that have been fully processed and paid.

Processing Payments Payments currently being processed through the payment system.
