Content Hub is the new centralized location for managing all creator content within Aspire. This updated experience replaces the legacy Content Library with improved performance, enhanced filtering, and new tools to help you find and organize content more efficiently.

The legacy Content Library will be deprecated. If you need temporary access to the legacy experience, contact support [[email protected]].

What's New in Content Hub

Content Hub introduces several improvements:

  • Redesigned filter bar for faster content discovery

  • Saved Views to bookmark your most-used filter combinations

  • Enhanced content cards showing performance metrics at a glance

  • Updated detail view with more content information and actions

  • Related Content section to find similar content quickly

  • Usage rights and ad rights tracking

Accessing Content Hub

Navigate to Content Hub from your main navigation menu. All content previously available in Content Library is now accessible here.

Using Filters in Content Hub


Content Hub features a redesigned filter bar at the top of the page for quick access to all filtering options.

Available Filters

  1. Date Range: Filter content by creation date (default shows last 6 months)

  2. Post Type: Filter by format (e.g., Instagram Story, Reel, TikTok video)

  3. Content Status: Filter by content status

  4. Capture Source: Filter by how content was captured

  5. Creator Tier: Filter by creator tier level

  6. Ads Permission: Filter by advertising rights status

  7. Usage Rights: Filter by usage rights status

  8. Usage Rights Expiration: Find content with expiring rights

  9. Project: Filter by associated project (includes filter for unassigned content)

  10. Social vs. Raw Content: Filter between social media posts and raw image/video files

Applying Filters

  1. Click on any filter in the filter bar

  2. Select your filter criteria from the dropdown

  3. Content updates automatically based on your selection

  4. Apply multiple filters to narrow your results

Clearing Filters

Click the X on any active filter to remove it, or use "Clear All" to reset all filters at once.

Saving and Managing Content Views


Saved Views allow you to save your filter combinations for quick access later. This is useful when you regularly need to find specific types of content, such as Instagram Stories or content from a particular campaign.

Creating a Saved View

  1. Apply the filters you want to save

  2. Click "Save View" in the filter bar

  3. Enter a name for your view

  4. Click Save

Your saved view now appears in the Views dropdown for quick access.

Accessing Saved Views

  1. Click the Views dropdown in the filter bar

  2. Select any saved view to instantly apply those filters

  3. Your content updates to match the saved filter criteria

Updating a Saved View

  1. Load the saved view you want to update

  2. Modify the filters as needed

  3. Click "Update View" to save your changes

Use Cases for Saved Views

  • Create a view for "Instagram Stories" to quickly access all Story content

  • Save a view for "Expiring Usage Rights" to monitor content needing renewal

  • Set up project-specific views for ongoing campaigns
