Getting Started with Contact Hub

What is Contact Hub?

Contact Hub is Aspire's central workspace for managing your creator relationships. It replaces the previous Members tab and brings together campaign data, ROI data, product data, and sales data in one organized interface — giving you everything you need to make informed decisions about your creator program.

Who can access it?

Contact Hub is available to all brands. Certain actions, like deleting contacts, are restricted to admin users.

Navigating the Contact Hub

When you open Contact Hub, you'll see a table view of your creator contacts by default, including:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Social handles

  • Relationship owner

  • Date added

Switching Views

Use the saved filters in the top left to instantly change what data is displayed. Default views include:

  • ROI Report — shows total ROI, sales cost ROI, social CPM, and CPE. Hover over any metric to see how it's calculated.

  • Affiliate Performance — focused on affiliate-specific metrics

  • & more

Working with Groups

Contact groups are listed in the sidebar. You can:

  • View all contacts or a specific group

  • Edit a group name

  • Remove a group

  • Save custom filter configurations per group

Searching for Contacts

Use the search bar to find a creator by name or social handle.

Share Contacts—New

Use this option to share the current dashboard view with an external contact within your organization who is not an Aspire user. The recipient will be granted view-only access via SSO authentication.
