As a talent manager or agent, Aspire’s Creator Portal allows you to oversee your creators’ brand collaborations, apply to campaigns, and manage account activity—all in one place.
This guide walks you through how to gain access to your creators’ accounts and manage opportunities efficiently.
If Your Creator(s) Already Have Aspire Accounts
The easiest way to access a creator’s account is for them to invite you as a team member.
Ask your creator to follow these steps:
Log into the Aspire Creator Portal
Go to Account Settings
Click My Team
Click Invite Member
Enter your email address
They can keep your role as Member unless you need permission to modify account settings.
Click Send Invitation
Once you accept the invitation, you’ll be able to manage collaborations and apply to campaign opportunities on their behalf.
If Your Creator(s) Do Not Have Aspire Accounts
You have two options:
Ask the creator to sign up and create their own account, then invite you as a team member.
ORCreate an account on their behalf and invite them to join. See the section below for detailed instructions.
Important: Creators must connect their own social media accounts unless you have their login credentials.
How to Create an Account on a Creator’s Behalf
Sign up or log in to the Aspire Creator Portal
Select your account name
Click Add Account
Under Account Name, enter the creator's full name
Under URL, enter the creator’s full name or social handle
Under Account Type, select Creator
Click Create Account
Select “Go to [Account Name]’s Account”
Invite the Creator to Complete Setup
Once the account is created:
With their account selected, click My Team (or go to Account Settings → My Team)
Click Invite Member
Enter the creator’s email address
Select Admin as their role
Click Send Invitation
The creator will receive an email to verify their email address. Once verified, they can log into their account to:
Create a profile
Add their shipping address
Enter payment details
Connect their social media accounts
Managing Collaborations & Applying to Campaigns
Once you have access to your creators’ accounts—whether through an invitation or by creating the account—you’ll be able to:
View active and past collaborations
Track campaign progress
Review and sign briefs
Upload content
Apply to new campaign opportunities through the Marketplace
