Overview
If you’ve been added as a talent manager to a creator’s profile and are CC’d on campaign emails, you may receive a brief link via email. However, to protect the creator’s privacy, you’ll need to request access before viewing it.
How to Request Access
When a brand sends a brief to a creator, you’ll receive an email if you were CC’d. Click “View Brief” in the email.
You’ll be prompted to log in to the Aspire Creator Portal. This verification step ensures the creator’s personal information is protected and compliant with privacy regulations.
After logging in, you may see a message indicating the campaign was shared with a different email address. Click “Request Access”. This sends a request to the creator for approval.
The creator will receive an email notification asking them to approve your request. Once they click “Approve Access”, you’ll be invited to their Aspire Creator Portal account.
Return to the Creator Portal. You’ll see a pending invitation. Click the green checkmark to accept.
Once access is granted, you can access and review the brief just like the creator, as well as view all of the creator's campaigns.
Alternative Method: Get Access in Advance
Creators can also proactively grant you access to their account before a brief is sent by inviting your email under My Team within their Creator Portal account. You'll receive an email invitation to join their account.
This way, when you receive the brief email, you can immediately access it—no approval step required.
Key Tips
Make sure you log in with the correct email address
If access is delayed, follow up with the creator to approve your request
