Custom Stages for Flex Projects
You can now create fully customizable workflow stages with user-defined statuses and forms, supporting workflows like creator info collection, rate negotiations, concept approvals, and internal tracking.
Custom Forms: Build forms with multiple field types (file upload, text, checkbox, number, multi-select) that creators submit through their portal.
Automatic Transitions: Creators automatically transition between statuses upon form submission.
Flexible Status Management: Mix creator-facing statuses (where forms are enabled) with internal tracking statuses hidden from creators.
Default Standard Brief Template in Flex Projects
You can now configure a complete default Standard Brief template in Flex projects, eliminating repetitive setup when sending briefs to multiple creators. The default template now covers all standard brief fields, expanded from Compensation, Content Usage Rights, and Email Templates only. Coming soon: multiple named templates saved at the account level for reuse across Flex projects.
Automated Tier Automation Templates
Three new automation templates are available for tiered programs:
Tier Unlocked: Automatically notify creators when they move up to a new commission tier.
X Conversions Away from Next Tier: Send motivational emails when a creator is a defined number of conversions away from leveling up.
X Sales Amount Away from Next Tier: Trigger personalized messages when a creator is close to hitting their next sales milestone.
