Content Hub
The Content Hub is now available to all customers. This release bundles improvements addressing 16 specific customer feedback requests.
What's included:
An improved and responsive Content Hub UI providing more information at a glance.
Updated Content Cards and Content Detail views, including more social metrics and the ability to mute and unmute videos.
Improved bulk actions for managing content.
Additional content filters, including updated usage rights and usage rights expirations.
An updated filter UI that allows saving multiple filters as a single view.
Usage Rights Tracking Improvement
A new "Perpetual" option has been added to content usage rights, granting unlimited, non-expiring rights to creator content.
Perpetual Usage Rights Option: A new "Perpetual" duration is available in the usage rights dropdown during brief creation and editing, alongside existing 90-day, 6-month, and 1-year options.
Auto-Selection with BROAD Rights: Selecting "Broad" content usage rights type automatically sets the duration to "Perpetual."
No Expiration Dates: Briefs with perpetual rights will not display expiration dates or trigger any rights expiry workflows.
Works for both Standard and Flexible briefs. Existing briefs are unaffected. Note: If you previously selected "Broad" with a specific duration in your project brief template, you will need to re-select "Perpetual" to update.
Advanced Discounting and Product Catalog Updates
Advanced Discounting in Offer Creation With "Link Shopify Discount," you can access all Shopify discount types like Amount Off, Free Shipping, Buy X Get Y, and third-party app discounts when setting up promo codes in offers. Previously, you were limited to Aspire's Flat/Percentage offers.
Catalog Inventory Management You can now set maximum inventory limits for specific products in catalogs. This controls how many units of each product can be distributed to creators, addressing variety challenges in seeding campaigns where creators gravitated toward top product variants.
Product-Based Catalog Selection Rules You can now create advanced selection rules based on specific products. For example: limit creators to no more than 1 unit of "Blue Jeans" or require them to choose at least 2 products from a "Premium Collection."
