Sharing the Social Dashboard, Content Hub, and Contact Hub with your team

Learn how to share read-only access to your Social Dashboard, Content Hub, or Contact Hub with internal teammates

Written by Janine Borrega

Share read-only access to your Social Dashboard, Content Hub, or Contact Hub with internal teammates who don't have an Aspire account. Access is restricted to email domains you approve, and recipients must authenticate via SSO.

Who can use this

Any user with access to the Social Dashboard, Content Hub, or Contact Hub can enable sharing for the dashboards they can view.

Before you start

  • Recipients must have an email on your domain to the Allowed domains list (e.g. yourcompany.com).

  • Recipients must be able to log in via SSO. If your team isn't set up on SSO, contact your Aspire admin.

  • Shared access is view-only. Recipients cannot edit filters that are saved to the dashboard, export underlying data they don't have rights to, or take actions on creators and content.

How to share a dashboard

  1. Open Social Dashboard, Content Hub, or Contact Hub.

  2. Click the Share button in the top-right.

  3. In the Share Dashboard modal, toggle Enable sharing on.

  4. Under Allowed domains, enter the email domain(s) of people you want to give access to. You can add multiple domains.

  5. Click Copy link under Share via link.

  6. Send the link to your teammates via email, Slack, or any other channel.

What recipients see

  • They click the link and are prompted to log in via SSO.

  • Once authenticated, they land on the dashboard in view-only mode.

  • They can filter, search, and explore the same data the dashboard owner can see — but cannot save changes or take destructive actions.

Managing access

  • Turn sharing off: Open the Share modal and toggle Enable sharing off. The link stops working immediately for everyone.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Does this use a seat?

    • No. Shared viewers don't consume an Aspire seat.

  • Can I share with someone outside my company?

    • Only if their email is on a domain you've added to Allowed domains. By default, sharing is restricted to your own company's domain. Add additional domains carefully — anyone with the link AND an SSO-authenticated email on an allowed domain can view.

  • Can recipients edit the dashboard?

    • No. Access is view-only.

  • Is the link secure if it gets forwarded?

    • Yes. Even if the link is forwarded, the recipient must successfully complete SSO with an email on an allowed domain. Anyone outside that won't get in.
