Searching for Creators
Was Creator Search removed?
Was Creator Search removed?
No, Creator Search and AI discovery are now one unified tool under Creator Discovery. The pool of creators went up, not down. One search now runs against Aspire's full database plus the Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube marketplaces.
What social networks can I search on?

No. Each search is limited to a single social network at this time.
Why aren't I seeing any results?
Why aren't I seeing any results?
Your search may be too narrow or restrictive. Try broadening your search by removing or adjusting the filters, using more general keywords, or simplifying your prompt.
What does the blue checkmark indicate next to some creator usernames?
What does the blue checkmark indicate next to some creator usernames?
A username with a verified badge means that Instagram has confirmed that the account is the authentic presence for that person or brand.
Can I search for a specific creator by username?
Can I search for a specific creator by username?
Yes. You can search for any creator with a public account by entering the social network and their username. For example, simply type "Instagram @aspireio".
Can I still do a simple keyword search?
Can I still do a simple keyword search?
Yes, you can still search for a single keyword or phrase.
How do searches with multiple keywords or phrases work?
How do searches with multiple keywords or phrases work?
When you enter multiple keywords or a phrase, our search looks for both the exact phrase and the individual keywords.
For example, searching for "sustainable interior design" prioritizes creators who use that phrase, but also includes creators matching sustainable, interior, or design individually, with phrase matches ranked highest.
Because of this, adding more keywords can broaden the number of potential matches rather than narrow them.
How are Instagram Creator Marketplace search results determined?
How are Instagram Creator Marketplace search results determined?
Searches for creators within Instagram's Creator Marketplace work differently from standard keyword searches.
When you enter a search prompt, Instagram interprets it as a phrase or concept rather than applying strict AND or OR logic to each word. For example, searching for "eco fashion" looks for creators whose content is relevant to that overall concept, not just creators who mention eco or fashion individually.
Results are also based on content relevance, not exact keyword matches. A creator doesn't need to include your exact search terms in their bio or captions to appear in the results. Instead, Instagram identifies creators whose content is semantically similar to your search prompt and prioritizes creators with more recently relevant content.
For the best results, use a short, descriptive search prompt and combine it with the available filters to narrow your results further.
Inviting Creators
Why can't I invite a creator directly?
Why can't I invite a creator directly?
If the Invite option is disabled, it means Aspire does not have an email address for that creator. If available, check the creator's social media bio or any external links (such as Linktree) for contact information. You can then add the creator to a group, manually add their email address, and then send an invitation through Aspire.
Why isn't there an email address for every creator?
Why isn't there an email address for every creator?
Not all creators make their contact information publicly available. If an email is not available, we recommend checking the creator's social media bio or any external links in their bio (such as Linktree) for contact information. You can then add the creator to a group, manually add their email address, and then send an invitation through Aspire.
Which email address is used to send invitations?

Creator Discovery uses the email address selected in the Email Address drop-down at the top of the page. If you have multiple email addresses connected to your account, you can switch between them at any time.
Note: It's currently not possible to set a default sending email address.
