Tips for Better Results

  • Start with a broad prompt, then refine it.

  • Include audience attributes and performance metrics.

  • Search by username if you're looking for a specific creator.

  • Use Astra and filters together for the most precise results.

Searching for Creators

What social networks can I search on?

Creator Discovery supports creator searches across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.

Can I search multiple networks at once?

No. Each search is limited to a single social network.

Why aren't I seeing any results?

Your search may be too narrow or restrictive. Try broadening your search by removing or adjusting the filters, using more general keywords, or simplifying your prompt.

What does the blue checkmark indicate next to some creator usernames?

A username with a verified badge means that Instagram has confirmed that the account is the authentic presence for that person or brand.

Can I search for a specific creator?

Yes. You can search for any creator with a public account by entering their social media username.

Inviting Creators

Why can't I invite a creator directly?

If the Invite option is disabled, it means Aspire does not have an email address for that creator. If available, check the creator's social media bio or any external links (such as Linktree) for contact information. You can then add the creator to a group, manually add their email address, and then send an invitation through Aspire.

Why isn't there an email address for every creator?

Not all creators make their contact information publicly available.

If no email is available, we recommend checking the creator's social media bio or any external links in their bio (such as Linktree) for contact information. You can then add the creator to a group, manually add their email address, and then send an invitation through Aspire.

Which email address is used to send invitations?

Creator Discovery uses the email address selected in the Email Address drop-down at the top of the page. If you have multiple email addresses connected to your account, you can switch between them at any time.

Note: It's currently not possible to set a default sending email address.

Creator Profiles

Where does the creator-provided data come from?

The information displayed in the creator-provided section of the left-hand panel is supplied directly by creators through their Aspire creator portal.

Why are some creator profiles missing information?

Creator profiles combine platform data with information that creators choose to provide through Aspire.

If a creator does not have an Aspire account or has not added profile information in Aspire, creator-provided details will not be available.

Platform data—such as engagement metrics and audience insights—may also vary depending on the selected social network and the information available for that creator.

Why does a profile say "Profile not completed yet"?

This message means the creator has not provided their profile information in Aspire. Creator-provided details, such as their media kit, interests, rates, and content preferences, will not be displayed until the creator chooses to add them to their profile.

Why do some creators have more data than others?

The information available for each creator depends on:

  • The selected social platform

  • Available platform data

  • Whether the creator is enrolled in Instagram's Creator Marketplace, TikTok One, or the YouTube Partner Program

  • Whether the creator has authenticated their social accounts with Aspire

  • Whether the creator has completed their Aspire profile

As a result, some profiles may contain more insights than others.

How is a creator’s location determined?

Creator location is determined using one or more of the following sources:

  • The location provided in their Aspire profile

  • Official social platform APIs, when available

  • Inferred location based on recent posting activity

How is engagement rate calculated?

  • Instagram: (Likes + Comments + Saves) ÷ Followers

  • TikTok: (Likes + Comments + Shares) ÷ Views

  • YouTube: Views ÷ Followers

  • Pinterest: (Clicks + Closeups + Saves) ÷ Followers

How is TikTok Viral Post % calculated?

TikTok Viral Post % represents the percentage of a creator's recent TikTok posts that received at least 5× more views than their Typical Views.

Recent Searches

Can I save my searches?

Your 25 most recent searches are automatically saved to Recent Searches. From the Recent Searches panel, you can:

  • Pin or unpin searches

  • Rename searches

  • Delete searches

Are Recent Searches private?

No. Recent Searches are shared across users within your Aspire workspace, so your teammates can view the same search history.
