Before You Begin
To access the Aspire Applicant Review Portal, you must first accept your Aspire invitation and log in using the email address associated with your invite.
There are two types of roles:
Approver: Can approve, reject, or mark creators as "Maybe"
Viewer: Can view creator information and add comments only
If you only have access to leave comments and cannot approve or reject creators, you have the Viewer role.
Accessing Applicant Review Portal
Login to the Aspire portal here.
From the Home page, select a group under the Applicants section.
Review the creators included in that group. Within the table view, you can sort columns, apply preset filters, search for specific creators, and approve or reject creators directly from the table by clicking the icons next to their name.
Approval actions:✅: Approve the creator
❌: Reject the creator
The Maybe option is only available when viewing a creator's detailed profile.
Reviewing a Creator Profile
To view additional information about a creator, click on their name to open their detailed profile. The profile includes:
Bio: The creator's Instagram bio, if available.
Social Handles: Available social handles.
Tags and Pronouns: Creator tags and pronouns, if configured.
Content Highlights: If an Aspire User has curated specific posts to highlight, those selected posts will be displayed instead of recent content.
Key Networks: Creator social handles and follower counts across available networks.
Key Social Stats: Creator performance metrics and audience demographics.
Recommendation Notes: Displays context provided by the Aspire user explaining why the creator was recommended for the campaign.
Comments: Add comments with your feedback, questions, or what you like or dislike. Comments are visible to Aspire users.
Approval Status: If you have the Approver role, you can update the creator's status from the top-right corner of the profile:
Approve
Reject
Maybe
If you have the Viewer role, you can view creator information and add comments but cannot update approval status.
Reviewing Tips
Use the creator profile to review additional context, content, and social performance before making a decision.
Add comments to provide feedback, questions, or additional context for the Aspire team.
Use the Maybe option when you need more information or would like the Aspire team to follow up before making a final decision.
