The Campaigns Homepage is your starting point for everything. It's where you create a new Campaign, find an existing one, and take quick actions like duplicating, archiving, or deleting. Click the Campaigns item in the sidebar to land here any time.

Creating a new Campaign

In the top-right of the page, click + Create Campaign. This opens the 4-step setup. See Creating a campaign for the walkthrough.

Finding a Campaign

The Homepage shows every Campaign in your brand. You can switch views, filter by status, search by name, and sort columns to find what you need quickly.

Status tabs

Three tabs sit above the list, each with a live count:

  • All Campaigns — Every Campaign, active and archived.

  • Active — Campaigns currently running.

  • Archived — Campaigns you've archived. They stay accessible but stop appearing in normal views.

Grid and list views

Use the toggle in the top-right of the list area to switch between two display modes:

  • Grid — Cards showing the campaign image, name, status pill, member count, dates, and a three-dot menu. This is the default view.

  • List — A table with sortable columns: Name, Status, Members, Start Date, End Date, Created. Click a column header to sort by it.

Both views show the same data — pick the one that fits how you scan.

Search

The Search campaigns… box matches against campaign names. Type any part of a name and the list filters as you type.

What each Campaign shows

  • Campaign image — Whatever you uploaded.

  • Name — Your internal name.

  • StatusActive (green) or Archived (grey).

  • Members — How many creators are in the Campaign.

  • Dates — Start and end (or Ongoing if there's no end date).

  • Created — When the Campaign was created (list view only).

Per-row actions: Duplicate, Archive, Delete

Every Campaign has a three-dot menu on its card (grid view) or at the end of its row (list view). Open it to see:

Duplicate

Creates a new Campaign copying everything from the source: campaign type, objectives, goals, workflow stages, brief templates, offers, automations, application page, and hashtag tracking. Member data, applicants, and historical activity are not copied — duplication gives you a fresh, empty Campaign with your configuration ready to use.

Archive

Moves the Campaign to the Archived tab. Archived Campaigns keep all their data and history — nothing is deleted. They just stop appearing on the All and Active tabs, which keeps your everyday view clean.

You can un-archive at any time by opening the Campaign from the Archived tab and using the un-archive action in Settings → Setup → Additional Settings.

Delete

Permanently removes the Campaign and all of its data. This is not reversible. A confirmation prompt asks you to confirm before the Campaign is deleted. Use Delete only for test Campaigns or genuine cleanup. For anything you might want to come back to, choose Archive instead.

💡When you have no Campaigns yet

If your brand is new to Aspire and you don't have any Campaigns yet, the Homepage shows an empty state with a prominent + Create Campaign CTA. There's nothing to find, search, or sort until you create your first Campaign — start with that, and the Homepage fills in as you go.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I find a Campaign I archived? Click the Archived tab at the top of the Homepage. All archived Campaigns are there with full history intact.

What carries over when I duplicate a Campaign? Configuration only: campaign type, objectives, goals, workflow stages, brief templates, offers, automations, application page, and hashtag tracking. Members, applicants, and activity are not copied — the duplicate is a fresh, empty Campaign.

Can I un-archive a Campaign? Yes. Open it from the Archived tab. Un-archive from Settings → Setup → Additional Settings.

What's the difference between Archive and Delete? Archive keeps everything but tucks the Campaign out of your everyday view — fully reversible. Delete permanently removes the Campaign and all its data — not reversible. When in doubt, Archive.

Can I select multiple Campaigns to archive or delete at once? The list view has checkboxes for each row. Use them to select multiple Campaigns when you want to take an action across many at once.
