Every Campaign has two reporting surfaces: the Overview tab is your at-a-glance home base for running the Campaign day-to-day, and the Analytics tab is where you see spend, sales, and social performance roll up.
Reading the Overview page
The Overview is the first tab you land on when you open a Campaign. It has two parts:
A Campaign KPI bar along the top — a row of metric cards summarizing the state of the Campaign.
A two-column body — a main column with operational widgets, and a sidebar with Automation Stats and the Activity Feed.
The KPI bar shows up to five cards, appearing only when the underlying stage is part of your Campaign.
Total Members — Approved creators in the Campaign. Always shown.
Signed Briefs — Members who've signed their brief. Shown when the workflow has a Brief stage.
Orders Shipped — Product orders dispatched to members. Shown when the workflow has a Product Catalog stage.
Content Created — Posts and pieces creators have delivered. Shown when the workflow has a Content stage.
Affiliate Revenue — Sales attributed to this Campaign's promo codes and tracking links. Shown when the Campaign has an offer or a Sales Tracking stage configured.
A Campaign with no Brief stage won't show Signed Briefs, and so on.
Widgets in the main column
The main column carries the widgets you'll use most often.
Setup Tasks
A checklist of post-creation configuration items contextual to your campaign type — for example, Configure Brief Template, Set Up Product Catalog, Design Application Page, Review Automations. Items appear only when they apply to your template. This widget is most prominent right after a Campaign is created and fades as the Campaign matures.
Workflow Progress
A vertical list of every stage in your workflow with a horizontal bar showing how many members are in each. Each row reads Stage name · X / total members so you can quickly spot where work is piling up. A Completed row at the bottom shows how many creators have made it all the way through.
Campaign Goals
Your objectives from Step 2 of creation, shown as goal cards with current progress vs target for each metric. As sales, content, or member counts accrue against your goals, the cards update.
Top Posts
The best-performing content from this Campaign. When creators haven't submitted yet, you'll see "No content posts yet. Posts will appear here as creators submit content." A More Content button takes you to the full content view once posts start coming in.
Recommended Creators
Suggested creators who match this Campaign's profile, shown as horizontally scrolling cards with handles, follower counts, and a thumbs-up / bookmark control on each. More Creators opens the full discovery view.
Widgets surface contextually based on the Campaign's phase: Setup Tasks dominates right after creation; Workflow Progress and Top Posts take over as the Campaign matures.
The sidebar: Automation Stats and Activity Feed
The sidebar runs the full height of the page and stays put as you scroll.
Automation Stats
A small panel of four counters and a quick link:
Automations On — How many automations are currently enabled.
Triggered This Week — Runs in the last seven days.
Failed — Runs that errored out.
Total Triggered — All-time count.
A Manage Automations button takes you to the Automations section for the full list.
Activity Feed
A real-time chronological log of everything happening in the Campaign — applicants approved or rejected, briefs signed, payments sent, automations fired. Entries are grouped by day with a count next to each date (e.g., "Jun 16, 2026 · 33").
A type filter (All Types dropdown) lets you narrow the feed to a specific kind of event when there's too much noise — for example, only show Applications during a recruitment push.
Each entry shows the event type, the member or actor involved, and when it happened. Click into an entry for the full detail and any related action.
The Analytics tab
The Analytics tab is where the Campaign's numbers roll up across spend, sales, products, and content.
This Campaign's Spend
Four cards summarize what you've paid and committed:
Amount Spent — Total paid out.
Committed Payments — Locked in but not yet paid.
Completed Payments — Successfully sent.
Pending Payments — Awaiting processing.
A stacked Campaign spend bar below the cards visualizes Completed vs Pending vs Committed against your total. The footer reads "Total spend from this campaign across all connected budgets."
Social Metrics
Organic content performance across every creator in this Campaign. Until creators publish, you'll see "No social metrics yet. Metrics will appear as creators submit and publish content."
Sales Tracking
Affiliate-driven sales and commissions. Powered by promo codes and tracking links assigned to creators. The empty state reads "No sales tracking data yet. Data will appear as creators receive and use promo codes."
Product Order Analysis
A breakdown of product catalog distribution and orders — useful for Product Gifting Campaigns. Empty state: "No product orders yet. Orders will appear as creators receive product catalogs."
Payments
Payment activity across briefs and sales tracking, shown once transactions begin processing. Empty state: "No payments yet. Payments will appear as transactions are processed."
Frequently Asked Questions
Why don't I see a Signed Briefs card on my Campaign? The KPI bar only shows metrics for stages your Campaign actually has. If you removed the Brief stage (or never had one — for example, a gifting-only Campaign), the Signed Briefs card won't appear.
The Automation Stats panel shows failures. How do I see what failed? Click Manage Automations to open the Automations section. The full run history with the failed runs is there.
Why is the Activity Feed empty? The feed populates as events occur. A brand-new Campaign with no applicants and no actions taken will show nothing until something happens.
How far back does the Activity Feed go? Recent events are always visible; older entries are auto-archived after 90 days but accessible from the full Activity history.
Analytics shows $0 across every card. What's missing? Analytics roll up real activity — until creators are paid, sell, ship, or post, the cards stay empty. Once any of those happen, the corresponding section fills in.
What's the difference between the KPI bar on the Overview and the cards on Analytics? The Overview KPI bar is at-a-glance counts (members, briefs signed, orders shipped, content created, affiliate revenue). The Analytics cards are financial and performance totals (spend, payments, sales, social metrics). Different lens on the same Campaign.
