The new Earnings dashboard in the Creator Portal shows all of your payment activity in one place. See what you've been paid, what's on the way, and how your earnings have changed over time, without digging through emails or messaging each brand.
On the Earnings page you can:
See your total paid, pending, and upcoming earnings at a glance
Track how your earnings change over time
Review every payment by brand, campaign, amount, status, and payment method
Access the Earnings Dashboard
Sign in to the Creator Portal.
From the left navigation bar, select Earnings.
Filter by date range
Use the date range filter at the top of the page to focus on a specific time period, such as last month or this quarter. The filter applies to everything on the page: the summary cards, the earnings chart, and your payment history all update to match the dates you pick.
Check your totals with the summary cards
Three cards at the top of the page give you a quick read on where your money stands for the selected date range.
Total Paid | The total amount you've already received |
Total Pending | Payments that are currently being processed or awaiting additional information before they're sent |
Total Upcoming | Payments you can expect in the future, estimated from your unpaid commissions and committed payments on signed briefs |
See your earnings over time
The Earnings over time chart shows how much you've earned across the selected date range, so you can spot trends and compare one period with another. Use it to see your busiest months, check whether your earnings are growing, or look back at a specific stretch of campaigns.
Switch between two views:
Over time: a line graph of your earnings across the date range
By period: a bar chart that totals your earnings by week, month, or quarter, depending on the date range you picked
Review your payment history
Payment history is a detailed record of every payment in the selected date range. Use it to confirm a specific payment arrived, see which campaigns paid you, or keep records for your own bookkeeping.
Each payment shows:
Column | What it shows |
Date | The date of the payment |
Payment ID | A unique reference number for the payment. Include it if you contact Aspire support about a payment. |
Brand | The brand that sent the payment |
Amount | How much the payment is for |
Status | Where the payment stands, such as paid or pending info |
Payment Type | What kind of payment it is, such as a commission or a payment for a campaign |
Payment Method | How the payment was or will be sent to you |
The PayPal email address the payment was sent to | |
Campaign / Offer | The campaign or offer the payment is for |
Payment method | How the payment was or will be sent to you |
Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between Pending and Upcoming?
Pending payments are already being processed and are on their way to you. Upcoming payments are ones you can expect in the future. The Upcoming total is an estimate based on your unpaid commissions and committed payments from signed briefs.
Why don't my totals match what I expected?
Check the date range filter at the top of the page. The summary cards, chart, and payment history only include payments within the dates you've selected.
Why is a payment missing from my Earnings page?
Your Aspire account can have more than one creator profile, and each profile has its own email address. Campaigns, offers and payments are tied to the profile email a brand worked with, which may differ from the email you sign in with. If a brand used an email that isn't on any of your profiles, that payment won't show up here. It may belong to a separate Aspire account under that email.
I don't see a payment I was expecting. What should I do?
Widen the date range to make sure the payment isn't outside your current filter.
Check the profiles in your account settings. Make sure the email the brand used for the campaign is on one of your profiles. If it isn't, the payment may be in a separate Aspire account under that email.
If it's still missing, contact the brand or Aspire support. Include the brand name, campaign, and expected amount so they can find it quickly.
