Overview

Create a free, customizable portfolio with Aspire to showcase your value as a creator and help brands see why you're a great partner. Bring your content, social metrics, audience insights, past collaborations, and rates together in one shareable link so brands can quickly assess your fit for a partnership.

Unlike a static PDF, your portfolio automatically refreshes social metrics and recent posts, giving brands an up-to-date view of your content and audience. Customize the design to reflect your personal brand, then share your portfolio in pitch emails, DMs, your link-in-bio, and more to make a strong first impression and connect with potential brand partners.

To get started, go to Toolkit → Portfolio in the Creator Portal. Most of your portfolio is populated automatically using information from your Aspire profile and connected social accounts. You can edit the design, choose which sections to display, and publish your portfolio when it's ready.

Before You Begin

Complete your Aspire profile before creating your portfolio. Your profile provides the information that appears on your portfolio, and sections with missing information may be hidden from your published page until the required details are added.

Profile section

What it adds to your portfolio

Name & Bio

Your profile photo, name, location, and bio

Social Accounts

Social metrics, recent posts, and audience demographics

Brand Collaboration Highlights

Past collaborations, including brand names, categories, dates, descriptions, content, and results

Content Rates

Your rates or price ranges for each content type, including rates for ad access

To update your information, open the relevant section of your Aspire profile, make your changes, and click Save. Your portfolio will automatically reflect the updates.

Create Your Portfolio

The portfolio editor includes a live preview on the left and a settings panel on the right. All changes appear in the preview immediately and save automatically.

Step 1: Open the Portfolio Editor

In the Creator Portal sidebar, click Toolkit to access the Portfolio builder.

Step 2: Select Your Profile

Under Profile in the settings panel, select the profile you want to create a portfolio for.

If you manage multiple creator profiles, such as a fitness account and a pet account, use the dropdown to switch between profiles. You can create one portfolio per profile.

Step 3: Review Your Profile Information

Review the live preview to make sure your bio, connected social accounts, metrics, rates, and collaboration highlights are accurate and up to date.

If information is missing or needs updating, click Edit profile in the settings panel or use the prompt in the relevant section. Make your changes in your Aspire profile and click Save.

Step 4: Customize Your Design

Open Design to choose a theme, colors, and fonts that reflect your personal brand.

For more details, see Customize Your Portfolio below.

Step 5: Customize Your Sections

Open Customize to choose which sections appear on your portfolio, change their order, and select the social accounts and metrics you want to display.

Step 6: Add a Contact Email

Open Contact Email and enter the email address you want brands to use to contact you.

Step 7: Preview Your Portfolio

Under Status, click Preview to see how your portfolio will look to brands before publishing. Review the layout, content, and contact information to make sure everything is ready to share.

Step 8: Publish Your Portfolio

Once you're happy with your portfolio, click Publish under Status. Your portfolio status will change from Draft to Live, making your page publicly accessible.

Your portfolio will have a unique, shareable link (e.g., aspire.io/p/your-url-slug) that you can copy and share wherever you connect with brands. Add it to pitch emails, DMs, your link-in-bio, and campaign applications to showcase your work and make it easy for brands to discover you.

Customize Your Portfolio

Make your portfolio your own by choosing a theme, adjusting the design, and deciding what brands see.

Choose a Theme

Under Design → Theme, select a starting style for your portfolio. You can customize the colors and fonts afterward to match your personal brand.

Customize Colors and Fonts

Under Design, adjust the following settings:

  • Page colors: Choose the background, header, and accent colors. Accent colors are used for elements such as buttons, icons, and charts.

  • Headline typography: Choose a font family, set the sizes for Heading 1, Heading 2, and Heading 3, and select a text color.

  • Body typography: Choose a font family, font size, and color for regular text.

Manage Your Sections

Under Customize → Sections, drag and drop sections to change their order. Use the toggle next to each section to show or hide it.

The available sections are:

  • Recent Posts: Showcase your latest social content.

  • Social Metrics: Highlight key performance metrics from your connected social accounts.

  • Audience Demographics: Share available audience insights.

  • Past Collaborations: Highlight previous brand partnerships.

  • Rates: Display your content rates.

  • Contact: Give brands a way to reach you.

Sections with missing information may be hidden automatically, even if you've enabled them in the editor.

Choose Which Social Accounts and Metrics to Display

Under Customize → Social Accounts, select the connected social accounts you want to feature on your portfolio.

Under Customize → Metrics Shown, choose which metrics to display for each connected social account. Click an account to select from the available metrics, such as follower count, engagement rate, average views, reach, and audience demographics.

Accounts that haven't been connected will appear as Not connected.

💡 Tip: Want to start over with your design? Click Reset to default at the bottom of the settings panel. This resets your design settings without changing your profile information.

Publish and Share Your Portfolio

Your portfolio remains private while it's in Draft status. Brands can access it once it's published.

Publish and Copy Your Link

  1. Under Status, click Publish.

  2. Confirm that the status reads Published — your portfolio is live.

  3. Open Share and click Copy next to your portfolio link.

  4. Share the link wherever you connect with brands, including pitch emails, DMs, your link-in-bio, and campaign applications.

Unpublish Your Portfolio

If you want to temporarily take your portfolio offline, click Published under Status to return it to Draft status. Brands will no longer be able to view the page while it's unpublished.

Track Portfolio Link Clicks

Once your portfolio is live, open Link Analytics in the settings panel to see how often your portfolio link has been clicked. Analytics include total link clicks over the last 30 days and a chart showing click activity.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is a section missing from my published portfolio?

Sections without enough information may be hidden automatically. In the portfolio editor, look for an Edit profile prompt in the missing section. Add the required information, then check your portfolio again.

Why can't I edit my bio or rates in the portfolio editor?

Your bio and rates come from your Aspire profile, so they stay consistent across the platform. Click Edit profile, update the relevant information in your profile, and click Save. Your portfolio will update automatically.

Why aren't my social stats or recent posts showing?

Make sure your social account is connected under Profiles → Select your profile → Social Accounts. If an account isn't connected or needs to be reconnected, its stats and posts may not appear.
