You can now archive campaigns that you can’t or no longer wish to complete. This is useful for campaigns that have been cancelled, ones you’ve decided to stop participating in, or campaigns you’re unable to complete.

Archiving helps keep your active campaign list organized by keeping it focused on campaigns you’re still participating in, while allowing you to access archived campaigns whenever you need them.

Archived campaigns are available in the Archived tab, separate from your In Progress campaigns.

You can open an archived campaign at any time to review its details. A banner on the campaign page will indicate that it’s archived.

If you change your mind and want to restore a campaign, you can easily move it back to In Progress.

Will archiving a campaign delete it?

No. Archiving moves the campaign out of In Progress and into the Archived tab.

Can I restore an archived campaign?

Yes! Open the archived campaign and click Unarchive in the status banner to move it back to In Progress.

When should I archive a campaign?

You can archive an In Progress campaign if it has been cancelled or if you’ve decided to stop participating in it. This helps keep your active campaign list organized and focused on your current commitments.

Remember to communicate with the brand if you’ve already signed the campaign brief or received a product and can no longer complete the campaign.

Can brands see that I've archived a campaign?

No. Archiving is a personal organizational tool to help you manage your campaign list. Brands aren’t notified when you archive a campaign.
