Logging into Aspire is straightforward โโ this guide will give you an overview of the different steps and options to access your account(s).
Step 1: Verify your email
Once your login has been issued, you will receive an email from Aspire prompting you to verify your email address. If, for some reason, you cannot locate that email, please reach out to your Implementation Manager or our Support Team at [email protected].
Step 2: Access Your Account
Once you have verified your email, your Implementation Manager may have provided you a direct link to your account (brandname.aspireiq.com), if not, you can navigate to community.aspireiq.com where you will be prompted to log in:

Option 1: Use Single Sign-On (SSO) with Microsoft or Google
On the login screen, click "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Microsoft Account" (depending on your email provider)
Select the email account you verified
Success! If you only have one Brand account, you should be brought to your Aspire Homepage! If you manage multiple accounts, you will be prompted to choose which account you would like to log in to.
Microsoft Users: Depending on your Admin settings, you may need to request permissions to use Aspire with single sign-on. This will also apply to your Email connection for Creator communication:
Option 2: Create an Account with Aspire
On the login screen, click "Forgot Password"
Input the email address you verified, and click "Continue"
You will receive an email to create a new password for your Aspire account!
Save this for later, or return to the log in page to access your account.
Success! If you have only one Brand account, you should be brought to your Aspire Homepage. If you manage multiple accounts, you will be prompted to choose which account you would like to log in to.

Switching Between Accounts
If you have multiple accounts, you can toggle between them by using the Switch Accounts button.
To do this, hover over your icon in the upper-right corner and click on Switch Accounts. Then, select the account you want to switch to.
Note: You'll only see accounts that you've been added to with the email you are logged in with.
If are using different emails to access several accounts, you'll need to log out and log in with the email associated with a specific account.
