Easily find and analyze the contacts you’re looking for by adding filters in the Contact Hub. Filters let you narrow down your contact data based on specific criteria, such as social media performance, contact information, and other attributes.
Once you’ve created a filtered view, you can save it for quick access later. Saved views can also be accessed by your team, making it simple for everyone to return to the same set of data without recreating the filters.
Continue below for a step-by-step guide on how to create, save, and manage filtered views.
How to Apply Filters
To apply a filter:
From the left navigation, click Contacts.
Click Add Filter.
Select the data category you want to filter by, such as Relationship Status, Social, Ads, Sales Tracking, Product Fulfillment, or Custom Contact Data.
Select the data field you want to filter.
Select the appropriate filter condition.
Enter or select the value you want to use.
The table will automatically update to display only the contacts who match your criteria.
Example
To find contacts with more than 10,000 Instagram followers:
Select Instagram Analytics as the data category.
Select Instagram Followers as the data field.
Set the filter condition to Greater than.
Enter 10,000 as the value.
The Contact Hub will then display contacts with more than 10,000 Instagram followers.
Filter Conditions
The filter options available will depend on the type of data you’re filtering.
For example:

Text: Search based on specific text or values.
Dates: Filter based on a specific date or date range.
Other data types: Available filter conditions may vary depending on the type of data.
You can also add multiple filters to further narrow your results. For example, you could filter for contacts who have more than 10,000 Instagram followers and are located in California.
