A categorization system to organize your members

Tags are a great way to label and categorize your members. Watch the video below for an overview of how to use tags. You can also check out the detailed instructions below.

How do I create new tags?

To create tags from your Members list, select the member/s you want to create tags for, click the Tags icon, click New Tag, type the tag name, and then click Save.

You can also create a new tag from the member profile. To do so, click on the plus icon under 'Tags', click on New Tag, type the tag name, then click Save.

How do I apply tags?

From your Members list, you can apply tags by selecting the member/s whose profile/s you want to apply tags to, clicking on the Tags icon, clicking Assign Tags, selecting the tag/s you want to apply, then clicking Assign.

Within the member profile, you can also apply tags by clicking on the plus icon under 'Tags' on the right side of the member profile, selecting the tag/s you want to apply, then clicking Assign.

How do I remove tags?

Within your Members list, select the member/s you want to unassign tags for, click on the Tags icon, select Unassign Tags, select the tags you want to unassign, and then click Unassign.

You can also remove tags from the member profile by clicking on the X icon on the tag you want to remove.

How do I edit tags?

Select a member from your Members list, click on the Tags icon, select Assign Tags, click on the action menu on the right side of the tag you want to edit, click Rename, then hit Save.

How do I delete tags?

To delete a tag, select a member within your Members list, click on the Tags icon, click on the action menu beside the tag you want to delete, click Delete, then click Delete on the confirmation pop-up.
