Once you run a search in Creator Discovery, you can open any creator’s profile to review their performance, audience, content, and information they’ve provided through Aspire.
View a Creator’s Analytics
To open a creator’s analytics, click on the creator’s card or name, or select the View insights
icon.
The creator’s detail view opens with their analytics organized across four tabs: Summary, Metrics, Recent Posts, and Aspire Profile. This lets you quickly jump to the information you need without scrolling through the entire profile.
What should I look at first? Start with Summary for a quick overview, Metrics for performance, Recent Posts for content quality, and Aspire Profile for creator-provided details.
Switch Between Social Accounts
If a creator has connected multiple social accounts, use the account switcher in the upper-right corner to move between their Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest accounts.
Your current tab stays selected when you switch accounts, making it easy to review the same type of information across platforms.
Select View Profile next to the account switcher to open the creator’s account directly on the social platform.
Summary
The Summary tab gives you a quick overview of a creator and provides the key information you’re most likely to want at a glance. At the top you'll find a Key Metrics card with their headline numbers — followers, total posts, engagement rate and audience authenticity — plus a snapshot of who their audience is: top gender, top age range, top country and top state.
The Summary tab also includes their account bio, the brands they've mentioned, the brands they've partnered with, and their creator and audience interests.
Content Highlights provides a preview of the creator’s most recent posts, giving you a quick look at the type of content they’re currently posting.
Finally, Campaigns & Groups shows the history this creator already has with your brand — any campaigns they've been invited to, applied for, or completed, and any groups they're assigned to. If you've never worked with them, this section will tell you so.
Metrics
The Metrics tab provides a more detailed view of the creator’s performance and audience demographics.
Performance Metrics are organized into engagement (engagement rate, average likes, comments, shares and saves, likes-to-comments ratio, Reels engagement and hook rate) and reach (followers, audience authenticity, reach, average views, and impression rates for posts and stories).
Use the Engagement Rate Comparison to see how the creator’s engagement rate compares with other creators in the same follower-size segment.
The Metrics Over Time chart shows how a selected metric has changed over recent months, including the month-over-month change. Use the metric selector to switch between followers, reach and engagement to identify trends such as follower growth or engagement spikes.
You'll also find their engagement rate comparison, which tells you how their engagement compares to other creators with the same follower size.
Audience Demographics provides additional insight into who follows the creator, including age distribution, gender distribution, and top locations.
Recent Posts
The Recent Posts tab shows the creator’s actual content.
Use the available controls to:
Filter posts by Sponsored or Organic
Sort posts by Most Recent or Top Performing
Reviewing sponsored and organic content side by side can help you understand how the creator approaches branded content compared with their everyday content.
Sorting by Top Performing can also help you quickly identify the content that has resonated most with their audience.
Aspire Profile
The Aspire Profile tab brings together information the creator has provided through the Aspire creator portal, such as their bio, content categories and aesthetic, the campaign types they're open to, their content rates and ad access rates, their affiliate tools, demographics, and more.
Not every creator has completed a profile. If this tab looks empty, you'll see a note explaining that the creator hasn't set one up yet.
