Save time by inviting multiple creators to a campaign at once. You can bulk invite creators from the Contact Hub or from three sourcing options in the Recruit Hub.
You can bulk invite creators from:
Contact Hub — Invite creators you've already saved in Aspire.
Creator Discovery — Invite creators you find through search.
Mentions — Invite people who have mentioned your brand on Instagram or TikTok.
Customers — Invite potential partners from your Shopify customer base.
Tip: Invite More Creators at Once
In the Contact Hub and Recruit Hub, increase the number of rows displayed per page from 25 to 50 or 100. This lets you select more creators at once and send more invitations in a single action.
From the Contact Hub
Use the Contact Hub when you want to invite creators you've already saved in Aspire, including creators you've organized into groups.
Select Contacts from the left navigation.
Select the contacts you want to invite.
Use filters to narrow down your results.
Select Groups to find contacts in a specific group.
Select contacts individually or select multiple contacts at once.
Select Actions.
Select Invite to Campaign.
If any selected creators are missing an email address or aren't eligible for Instagram Direct Messaging, Aspire will notify you. You can choose whether to continue and send invitations to the eligible creators.
Select the campaign you want to invite the creators to.
From the Recruit Hub
Creator Discovery
Use Creator Discovery when you want to find and invite creators based on criteria such as content, audience, location, follower count, engagement, and more.
Select Recruit from the left navigation.
Select Creator Discovery.
Run a search.
Switch to List View.
Select the creators you want to invite.
Select Actions.
Select Invite.
If any selected creators are missing an email address or aren't eligible for Instagram Direct Messaging, Aspire will notify you. You can choose whether to continue and send invitations to the eligible creators.
Select the campaign you want to invite the creators to.
Mentions and Customers
Use Mentions to find people who have already mentioned your brand on Instagram or TikTok, or use Customers to find potential creator partners from your Shopify customer base.
Select Recruit from the left navigation.
Select Customers or Mentions.
Use filters to narrow your results, if needed.
Select Actions.
Select Invite to Campaign.

Creator Invite Eligibility
Not every creator is eligible to receive an invitation. When you select creators for a bulk invite, Aspire checks whether they have an email address and whether they're eligible for Instagram Direct Messaging.
If any selected creators are missing an email address or aren't eligible for Instagram Direct Messaging, Aspire will notify you before sending the invitations. You can choose to continue and send invitations to the eligible creators.
