Yes! We highly encourage you to customize your creator invite templates to ensure it looks authentic and to improve the invite response rate.
An invite template will be automatically created once your application page has been saved and published. We do so to ensure that your invite template will include a valid application page URL and that creators will be able to apply to your project. 😊
How to customize the invite email:
1. Click your initials in the top right corner, then select Workspace Settings > Message Templates. This is where you'll find all your email templates. The invite emails will display "Invite template" at the bottom in blue, and show the project name at the top.
2. Select the appropriate Invite template and make any edits
3. Click Save and you're done!

Do Email Templates support Personalization?
Yes. You can easily personalize your template by applying our Personalization feature on the editor (the magic wand icon).
Can I delete an invite template?
It is not currently possible to delete an invite template created by our system. However, you may edit it at any time by going to Workspace Settings > Message Templates.
Can I edit the content of an invite template for creators right before sending it out?
We do not currently support the ability to modify the invite template right before sending it out. If you would like to change the invite template, please go to your Message Templates settings page and edit it from there.
