How to Customize Your Project's Invite Email

How the customize the default invite email template.

We highly encourage you to customize your creator invite templates to ensure it looks authentic and to improve the invite response rate.

A default Project Invite template will be automatically created once your application page has been saved and published:

How to access your Message Templates

Option 1: Account Settings

Using your Profile icon in the upper-right corner, select Workspace Settings which contains all of your Message Templates.

Option 2: Project Quick Links

From within any project, use the Quick Links in the upper-right hand corner to either access that Project's Invite Template or go to All Message Templates.

How to customize the Invite template

  1. Identify your Project's Invite Email

    Each project has its own Invite Email Template. Find the Message Template titled with your project's name and an label.

  2. Update the body of the Invite Template

  3. Use our Template Toolbar to make edits

    Use the above options to update the format and content of your Invite Email. Most notably:

    Personalizations allow you to use member data fields or project details that may change from creator to creator to build a template that feels personal to each recipient.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I delete an invite template?

It is not currently possible to delete an invite template created by our system. However, you may edit it at any time by going to Workspace Settings > Message Templates.

Can I make one-off edits to Invite emails before sending them?

We do not currently support the ability to modify the invite template right before sending it out. If you would like to change the invite template, please go to your Message Templates settings page and edit it from there.
