You may be wondering what the difference is between the invite email and the welcome email is found in your project workflow.

Invite Email

The invite email is a generic outgoing message that gets sent out to creators when you first invite them to apply for your project. When you invite people from the Creator Search app, this is the initial email they'll receive. You can customize this message at any time by going to your Email Templates under Workspace Settings.

Welcome Email

The welcome email is a more personalized message that you will send out to the creators who have decided to work with you. You can use this intro message to introduce yourself again, outline the next steps, and ask any questions necessary before moving forward with the collaboration.

Once you have sent the intro message, you'll need to click Mark as Done to move these members into the next stage of your project workflow.

🚀 Pro tip: We recommend saving your Welcome Email as an email template to easily retrieve and send out in bulk.

Hi [First Name],

We’re so excited to work with you and look forward to our collaboration. I've outlined the next steps below.

  1. You will receive an email from Aspire with a link to the collaboration terms.

  2. Once you agree to the collaboration terms, I’ll send over a short questionnaire to confirm your shipping information so I can send your product.

  3. Last but not least, you will submit content for our team to review, post the approved content to social media, and then add your link to those collaboration terms I mentioned earlier.

If you have any questions in the meantime, please let me know!

Best,

[Your Name]
