One of the best benefits for our Aspire community is that we never take a pay cut or any percentage made from creators. All payments are securely transferred to the creator's PayPal.
For most campaigns, your payment will be sent via PayPal according to the payment terms agreed upon within your Brief. Please refer to your Brief if you're unsure when to expect payment. This will be the signed Brief you agreed to at the beginning of your collaboration.
If you haven't done so already, please be sure to add your PayPal email to your Aspire Creator Portal account and make sure that it is shared with the brand you're expecting payment from. You can do so by clicking on your initials on the top right corner of the screen and selecting "PayPal Account". From there, you can click "Add PayPal, enter your PayPal email, then hit Save. Lastly, you can select whether you'd like to share the PayPal email to selected brands or to all brands who have you as a contact on Aspire.
You can also provide the brand with your PayPal email by messaging the campaign manager directly. Additionally, if you receive communication to update this information in a previous email, please use the link provided to update your correct PayPal email address. This will ensure your information is updated in the system and your payment is processed.
