Think of projects as campaigns. Each project you create will have its own unique workflow, application page, and set of content guidelines. In this article, you'll learn how to create a project workflow to streamline your day-to-day.

We've ditched the one-size-fits-all approach to influencer marketing. With Aspire, you can easily create your own customizable workflow to eliminate your manual processes.

Workflows are comprised of stages - as many or as few as you need!

πŸ“Œ Important Notes:

  • If you're using Briefs and Receive Content + Posts in your project workflow, you do not need to include Track Posts.

  • If you include a Briefs Stage, no need to include a Contract Stage.

Watch the video below to learn how to create your first project, or scroll down for detailed instructions.

πŸ“Œ Please note that you will need to create your first project to unlock the rest of Aspire's features!

How to Create Your First Project

  1. On the onboarding screen, click Create Project.

  2. In the next screen, you'll fill out a survey that will help us get to know you better so you can discover the right campaign strategy for your first project in Aspire.

  3. Once you're done, you'll be prompted to set up your first project!

In this section, fill out the details of your project.

    1. Project Type - From the dropdown, you can choose to create an Influencer Campaign, a Product Seeding campaign, or a Custom Project. These project types are explained on the right side of the screen.

    2. Project Title - This will be visible to creators, so make sure it's something that's short and sweet and will catch their attention immediately.

    3. Project Tagline - This is a short tagline that will also help attract creators.

    4. Project Brief - This is a more in-depth description of your project, what it's about, what the expected deliverables would be, what type of creators you are looking for, etc.

  4. In the Influencer Brief and Compensation section, you can let creators know what you're looking for and what you'll be providing in return. Here, you can list what types of content you want creators to make, which locations they are based in, and what compensation you are offering. Once done, click on Create Marketplace Application Page.

  5. This next section is where you can upload photos such as your brand logo, marketplace image, hero image, and brand images. This allows you to add your own touch and branding to your application page and marketplace listing, and further entice creators to work with you.

Recommended image sizes are indicated in this screen to help you decide which photos would be best to use for your application page.

Once your photos have been uploaded, click on Preview Application Page.

  6. This next screen allows you to preview your application page, as well as publish your listing in our Creator Marketplace. πŸŽ‰

To publish your listing, click on List on Marketplace. Don't worry, you will still be able to tweak as necessary after publishing your project.

If you would like to skip publishing for now, you can click on Skip and Save.
