One of the benefits of working on collaborations through Aspire is the streamlined process of content submission and approval between creators and brands. The Collaboration Terms link sent via email by the brand you are working with contains not only the terms and guidelines, but also a section where you can submit your content for approval and set posts live.

πŸ“Œ Pro tip: You can also access your collaboration terms and upload content through your Creator Portal by going to https://creators.aspireiq.com/.

Table of Contents

How to submit content for review and approval

  1. Once you've signed your Terms, you'll see a Submit Content button at the bottom of the page. You can also click on the Upload Content tab at the top.

  2. In the Required Content tab, click Submit under the content deliverable you're submitting.

  3. Upload your content and type in your caption. Make sure to check off the guidelines completed, then click Send Content.

  4. Once sent, you'll see a note saying "Waiting for [brand] to approve upload for..."

How to submit revised content

  1. If the brand requests changes to your content, you'll be notified via email. You can then click "Resubmit" to see the changes they requested.

  2. Once you're ready to upload your revised content, you'll click "Resubmit". If you're uploading a new image or video, be sure to delete the old one first, then upload the new file. You'll also have the opportunity to edit your caption if any changes were requested. Then you'll check the box to acknowledge you have made the requested changes by the brand, then click "Submit Revised Content".

  3. The brand will be notified that you have submitted revised content and will have the option to either request further changes or approve it.

How to set your content live

  1. Once the brand approves your content, you'll be notified via email. You can click on the Submit Live Post button to submit the link to your live content.

  2. Enter the link to your post then click Submit content.

πŸ“£ Pro Tip: Try grabbing the URL from a laptop, desktop, or internet browser on your phone.

    Youtube Link Format example: https://youtu.be/tQ0yjYUFKAE

  3. Then, your content will be moved under Completed! πŸŽ‰

πŸ’‘ Accidentally submitted the wrong link? Don't worry! Under the Completed section, you can click on Review Content under the content you submitted, then click on Change or update my live post.

Have extra posts and/or content relevant to the project? You can now set those live, too! The licensing rights agreed to in your terms will be applied to these posts as well.

Extra Posts

  1. Go to Upload Content > Extra Posts.

  2. Click Add Posts.

  3. Enter the link to your live post, and then click Submit Post. If you're submitting an Instagram Story, click Select Stories and follow the prompts to select and submit your Stories.

Extra Content

  1. Go to Upload Content > Extra Content.

  2. Upload the raw files for your extra content.
