Tracking your performance as an affiliate is key to your success. In Creator Portal, each offer has its own Affiliate Performance Dashboard, where you can monitor performance, review commission details, claim rewards, and track payments for that specific offer.
You can access the dashboard for any offer to:
Access your promo code and/or affiliate link.
Review the commission and discount structure for that offer.
Track clicks, conversions, sales, and earnings.
Review your commission payment history, including pending and paid amounts.
How to Access an Offer’s Affiliate Performance Dashboard
There are three ways to access an offer’s dashboard in Creator Portal.
Option 1: Via the Campaign Task
Log in to your Creator Portal.
Navigate to the Campaigns tab and select the relevant brand.
Select the campaign associated with the offer.
Click View Sales Link, View Promo Code or View Sales Link & Promo Code to access the dashboard for that offer.
Note: Brands can also email you a direct link to an offer’s dashboard. You must be logged in to Creator Portal to access it.
Option 2: Via the My Offers Tab
Log in to your Creator Portal.
Navigate to the Campaigns tab and select the relevant brand.
Click My Offers.
Select the offer you want to view performance data for.
This will take you to the Affiliate Performance Dashboard for that specific offer.
Option 3: Via the Offers Page
The Offers page provides a dedicated place to find and manage all your affiliate offers in Creator Portal.
From the navigation bar, click Offers.
Select a brand to view its offers, or choose Group by Offer to see offers across brands in one view.
Use the status tabs to filter offers by Active, Expired, or Deactivated.
Click an individual offer card or table row to open that offer’s Affiliate Performance Dashboard.
Inside Your Affiliate Performance Dashboard
Each offer’s dashboard contains the performance data, offer details, and payment information associated with that specific offer. Available information may vary depending on the brand’s settings.
Overview Tab
The Overview tab provides a snapshot of your performance and the details you need to promote the offer.
Your Stats
Review key performance metrics for the selected offer. Use the date selector to filter your stats by a specific date or date range.
Clicks: Total clicks on your affiliate link.
Conversions: Total conversions (e.g., purchases, sign-ups, or form submissions) attributed to your affiliate link or promo code.
Sales: Total sales attributed to your link or promo code, in USD.
Earnings: Total amount earned from conversions, in USD.
Your Offer Details
Find and copy your promo code and/or affiliate link. If enabled by the brand, you may also have access to a custom deep link generator.
When deep linking is enabled, a widget lets you create links to specific products or pages. This is useful for tailoring links to your content and the products you're promoting. Learn how to create deep links.
Your Commission Tier
Your commission tier outlines the commission rate you’ll receive for the selected offer.
If the brand uses a tiered commission structure, click View All Tiers to see your current tier and the next milestone you need to reach to unlock a higher commission rate.
Note: Payout information is optional for brands to display. Some sections may be hidden depending on the offer.
Payments
The Payments section shows commission payment details and the history of completed payments for the selected offer. Use the date selector to filter your payment stats by a specific date or date range.
Payment Stats
Total Paid: Total amount you’ve been paid so far.
Pending: Total amount of commission payments currently pending.
Total Due: Total commission owed to you.
Payment History
Your payment history provides details about your pending and completed commission payments, including:
Date: The date the payment was initiated.
Total Conversions and Sales: The total number of conversions and sales associated with the payment.
Payment Amount: The commission amount you’ll receive.
Payment Status: The current status of the payment (e.g., Pending or Paid).
Rewards
If the brand offers performance-based rewards for the selected offer, they’ll appear under the Rewards tab, along with details on how to unlock them.
Click an individual reward to learn more about its requirements, track your progress, and claim any rewards you’ve earned.
